I don't know how I missed this restaurant in the past. I have had the great fortune to dine here on two occasions. The food and staff are great. The room is lovely. They also have a happy hour and it was easy to park. I definitely will be returning there!
The service was good. Our waiter was attentive and knowledgable. The food portions were on the small side for 3 of our 4 meals.
It was a dark stormy night... and we wanted a warm cozy meal, Terra E Mare was the place to be. Our server, Tom, was wonderful, answering all of our questions with grace. Food was perfect too!
Another amazing dining experience here - Excellent service as always, truly wonderful and attentive staff all around. Martine makes the best martinis in town and my husband raved about his old fashioned. Seasonal app of squash blossoms is not to be missed! And the surf and turf presentation and flavor was incredible! Homemade ricotta cheesecake closed out the meal perfectly! This is hands down our favorite restaurant!
Top notch, professional waitstaff!. Best fresh black cod I have ever eaten, and free of the usual small bone hazard. Waiter and chef very good in accommodating my partner"s many food sensitivities,

Xlnt dinner and will definitely go back. Appreciated the great bread/butter that some restaurants have begun charging for. We started with a Caesar and had the Chilian Seabass and Branzino and everything was perfect. Our server and the gentleman that supported her were both great!
Sat on Patio, nice quiet, service was excellent, food was excellent, well prepared, flavorful and nice presentation. I will return.

One of the great Italian spots in the valley. We were the last reservation on a Thursday night and they were not bothered, service was great.
I had the privilege of having Terra e Mare host my wedding reception dinner 8/28/25 and the service, food, atmosphere, and experience was AMAZING. They fit my large party of 12 at the last minute (made the reservation the night before) and made the experience from beginning to end a wonderful one not only for my partner and I, but also all of our family and friends. Our waiter Tom and the other staff member I spoke to, Steve, were so kind and accommodating to all of us. We opted for the 2nd fixed menu that was $75 per person. Every dish was phenomenal and they also accommodated other options for our vegan guest and our gluten free guest :) They stored our wedding cake and let us cut it at the restaurant too. I would have paid double for how delicious the food was alone, but the serving sizes were super generous without sacrificing the quality Our reservation was pretty late (8;45) but even then, we never felt rushed or anything like that. I truly had such an awesome experience there and will continue to dine at and support Terra e Mare for years to come :) Thank you for being such a highlight to our wedding day!

Terra e Mare is my favorite Italian restaurant in the San Fernando Valley and it never disappoints. Wonderful ambiance, attentive service and pleasant and unobtrusive background music. But most importantly, the food excels and the presentation/plating is always exceptional. In addition to a wide selection of starters and entrees, pastas are especially noteworthy. They serve excellent crab cakes and a tuna tartare over avocado starter made with the highest grade ahi tuna. These are my two current favorites to begin the meal. And if you are a fan of specialty cocktails, have Martin whip one up for you. He is a world-class bartender! Every night there are four specials on the blackboard with each one more enticing than the next. For me, it is always a tough choice whether to order from the menu or from the blackboard. But whatever you do, be sure to save room for dessert. Each of their selections are homemade. Can you say "cannoli?" I think this is one of their best. But the ricotta cheesecake and cold lemon souffle are worthy contenders too. Please visit Terra e Mare. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
