Tocaya Modern Mexican

I called to ask if something I was ordering was soy and dairy free and they checked with the kitchen and let me know alternatives. I ordered on the app and modified it a bit and they remembered I would be ordering and called me back to let me know what I had ordered had soy, but had another suggestion. They really went above and beyond and were super friendly at pickup as well. The burrito, churro bites and strawberry basil drink were all great. With my diet restrictions it is very hard to find something tasty and it really hit the spot. Will definitely be coming back.

Understaffed popped in to grab a quick bite before gym but the one cashier just was going item by item of ingredients for over 12 mins with the one couple ahead. This is supposed to be modern fast food. Not 20 mins just waiting to order. I have been a Tocaya from back with previous owners it has gone greatly down hill. Shame because food was great just poorly managed now.

The bottom line is: it’s not good, and it’s too expensive. Everything on the menu is underwhelming except maybe the Baja taco. You’re better off spending your money and time literally anywhere else.

Lots of choice, food was tasty and good atmosphere to chat with friends.

This place fell off so hard. I used to eat here weekly but the food quality has deteriorated so severely that I stopped going. Feels like it was bought by a private equity firm that is stripping it for parts. Where’s the flavor?

The employees seems beaten down like new management took over that is super mean.

Unfortunately two mexican Diablo burritos were super dry as if the chicken was from previous day, dry rice and beans! Breakfast turkey picante was good according to my son and wife said she would not get the fajita burrito. So overall it's a no go!

Such a bummer of a location. I’ve been to tocaya many times and love their salads but this locations serves you 85% iceberg lettuce and very little protein. If I wanted an iceberg salad I would have just picked a bag up at the grocery store. Quality isn’t great. Service was good but they brought out the wrong order the first time, I understand those mistakes happen. Such a let down, won’t be back.
