I ordered a roast beef sandwich and the meat was disgusting It was warm and díscolored. I was so hungry that I tried to eat it. Now, I'm turned off to roast beef sandwiches anywhere. I have really enjoyed Togos sandwiches in the past. I haven't given up on them yet.

The lady who works here is SO sweet! She always gets my order right and it always tastes perfect. I hope this location stays open…Togo’s locations are becoming few and far between!

As the TOGO'S in the San Fernando Valley and surrounding areas slowly drop away, I am very pleased that there's still one left! I have been eating at TOGO'S for years and feel that this place is head and shoulders above the other sandwich chains that seem to be thriving for some reason that I can't imagine, give me TOGO'S any day! I am a big fan of their Asian Chicken Salad, and I will drive the 30 minutes it takes to come here for one. That's how good it is, and when I crave it, I gotta have it... I am so glad that there's still someplace I can get it in the valley. This is in a strip mall and there is a parking lot. It shares space with a Baskin Robbins and it was kind of cool to have our TOGO'S sandwiches and salad made by someone in a Baskin Robbins uniform! It also means that if you're looking for dessert, you have it right there, which is super convenient! For those familiar with TOGO'S, it's counter service, they have both indoor and outdoor seating, with the outdoor seating on a walkway in front of the store. Service was friendly and quick! Will for sure be back the next time my salad craving hits!

I utilized the first of my many Birthday coupons today at this location , and everything went smooth ! My tuna melt was indeed melted and prepped as ordered ! Parking was fairly easy and the line was short . My sandwich was ready in under 4 minutes - Outstanding ! Back soon .

They close much earlier than their posted time. It only takes a few minutes to make a sandwich. If I show up 15min before the posted "close" time, they shouldn't already be putting away everything and cleaning.

I wanted to pick up something to eat before work. I ordered a Cali Veggie sandwich and I asked the young lady preparing my sandwich to warm up my sandwich because I like the cheese melted (I told her that I thought that it tastes better that way and I did not want it cold). So, she put it in the oven. I could not see what it looked like, when she took it out so, I trusted that it was as I ordered it. Around that time another woman appeared to ring me up at the register. I proceeded to pay for my order and shortly after, the young lady gave me my order.I got in my car and headed to work. About a couple of minutes later, I pulled my sandwich out so that I could eat it before I start work. I was disappointed as soon as I took the first bite. It did not taste like it had been warmed up at all (it was cold)...
The food is not what it use to be. The bread was stale and if youWant to compete now a days you need to step up your game. Even subway has better ambience.

LolHow do you not see someone didn’t toast the sandwich ?Brianna was also doing a great job of helping other customer ??I am a Bay Area / Cali girl all day and been having Togos all my life . Togos is light years better than other chains .They actually have good veggie sandwich that has avocado and don’t charge extra .Customer service was chill we were chopping it up and laughing having a nice convo .To the people complaining they put the wrong ingredients dang have you heard of a mistake? Everyplace is understaffed since pandemic be fr, these kids are working min wage like….And maybe if you ate super particular pay closer attention and ensure communication is clear and confirm your choices ??♀️Thanks great sandwhich hit the spot !

Thank you for bringing back Dutch Crunch! I have been eating a Togos since the late 80s because I grew up in the San Francisco Bay area. I was so disappointed a few years ago when you took Dutch crunch off the menu so happy it's back. Thank you.

I was the only customer at the counter. Asked to toast the bread.She even asked with or without cheese. I told without. Guess what, never toasted the bread. If hey mess up your order with only one customer in the shop, imagine what they will do when there will be several customers there. Will never go there again.
