Paulie’s is really good food. I drive by here for work all the time and have never been disappointed. Note: definitely not a budget eatery, but quality is good. One thing I love is that they seem to pay attention to the little details. They have great cold cuts, huge cookies, and even their own drinks.

Uncle Paulie's COMPLETELY FELL OFF, ACROSS THE BOARD. The service AND the food are TERRIBLE now! Used to be 10x better, what happened here? The employees are RUDE AS HELL too and couldn't care less about their job. Walked in yesterday afternoon to a line out the door only because the people working were just standing around behind the counter not doing anything! The guy in the front of the line kept poking his head around the corner and they completely ignored him! He finally got someone's attention for us after shouting hello a couple of times and then the employee was rude to him and everyone else in front of me! When I placed my order the young guy in the backwards hat and the black hair couldn't be more miserable and dismissive towards me, like I'm interrupting his day by walking in, what a punk! When I got home and we started to eat our sandwiches they were SO DRY AND SALTY?? Portion sizes half of what they used to be?? We were so excited to have Uncle Paulie's because it's been a while since we had it last, but now WE'RE NEVER GOING BACK!

The absolute BEST sandwiches in the valley. Better than Bay Cities imo! I tried the chicken pesto, chicken parm, and caprese & am absolutely obsessed. Trust me and get any of their chicken cutlet sandwiches, you’ll be blown away.

Have no idea why this rating is so low. Everyone enjoyed their sandwich. I tried my friend’s Uncle Paulie’s sandwich and got myself the Italian and they were both great. Will definitely return.
