As a first time customer, I got a simple roast beef and swiss sandwich w/ lettuce/tomato/mayo.The bread they use has a great texture and flavor, it's a good step up from Jersey Mike's or any other chain shops. The roast beef seems high quality, I'm not sure where they source it but it was very good. It's not a huge sandwich but for $13 I was happy.I also had to try the $9 a slice Eastside cheesecake and man was that delicious. It's hard to find great subs in LA but this is my new favorite spot. The only better place I found so far is Eastside Deli in downtown LA. It's a long trip from Studio City though so I'll only go there as a treat.

Soooo good, the price was great and they serve plenty of food, even the pricier ingredients like avocado were served in big quantities. Thank you!!

Coming from NY I expected a lot and they definitely represent it well! Only complaint I have is twice now the workers messed up my order. Seems like some workers just don't pay attention that much. First order I did BEC extra bacon but instead got extra egg. This time I ordered sausage egg and cheese extra cheese and got extra egg again. This place has great opportunity just need to fix the communication and orders. Everyone is very nice and present a wonderful NYC deli experience right here in the valley. Highly recommend if you're from the north east.

Ok, Uncle Paulie's Deli will fit a need. This tiny little shop makes a decent sandwich. I tried two different sandwiches on my first visit. The cold cuts in the Italian Sub was a bit too salty for me, but the bread was fresh and overall it was tasty. The Bodega with Turkey and Muenster cheese is very good, I will be ordering it again. Paulie's serves over 50 different types of sandwiches and salads, plus they have the largest selection of Zapp's Chips, this side of Louisiana. There's a lot of stuff here worth trying. I will be back.

Uncle Pauli's Deli holds a special place for us, especially when it comes to their chicken parm and roast beef on garlic bread--they're simply delicious. The sesame bread adds a unique touch and enhances the flavors of their sandwiches.Splitting these sandwiches to share is a great way to savor the variety, and each bite is a delightful experience. The only drawback we've encountered is their limited operating hours. We often find ourselves wishing they were open later, as the quality of their food is something we'd love to enjoy at more flexible times.Overall, Uncle Pauli's Deli is a spot we'd recommend for its scrumptious sandwiches and distinct sesame bread. If you're planning a visit, keep an eye on the hours to ensure you don't miss out on these delightful flavors.

Super disappointed after all the hype. Dry bread. Flat sandwich with minimal meat inside. The tuna was actually good but there was so little in the sandwich that it seemed like a rip off for a &15 sub.

First time here and it did not disappoint ! I ordered the original turkey sandwich just to try one of the standards . Bread and toppings were delicious and I got my food in a timely manner. For sure I will be back to try some of the other items on the menu !

I'd been waiting to try their sandwiches for a while now. We got the chicken parm and their most popular sandwich-the Italian. Both were just okay, lacking flavor. The bread is decent but the Italian sandwich seems like it was missing mayo and mustard. Something to give it flavor. The service was excellent!! But sadly I don't think I will be going

Got a sandwich to go yesterday and there were some kind of grains of sand or dirt in it. Made a horrible gritty feeling when eating that I can't get over, I just threw it away.

I’ve been coming here for a while and it’s been great. Went in on 10/7/23 and the sandwiches were no where near the quality I’ve come to expect from this place. The bread was so dry it was like a sandwich made from croutons. I expect quality control 100% of the time. 2 sandwiches after tax and tip 30$ plus out the door. Unacceptable. Be better!
