The bagel was fresh, flavorful, and very good—definitely a highlight! However, the overall experience was a bit disappointing. The counters and tables were messy, and the staff seemed overwhelmed, making the in-store experience less enjoyable.
This place is probably best for online orders, delivery, or takeout, where you can skip the chaos and just enjoy the great bagels. On the plus side, parking is easy with a big lot in the back. Would return for takeout, but not for dining in.

I used to love Western Bagel, but unfortunately, the quality has really gone downhill over the past few years. The portion sizes have shrunk, and the bagels and pastries just aren’t as good as they used to be. On multiple occasions, I’ve even found mold on the pastries, which is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the service has become incredibly rude, with staff who seem disinterested and dismissive. It’s disappointing to see such a decline in both the food and customer service at a place that used to be a favorite.

I never mind paying an absurd amount for one bagel IF the bagel is:
a) fair in its portions
b) tastes good
c) well presented
Unfortunately at this location (at least) they seem to have forgotten that if you're going to change $19 for ONE BAGEL then it better be a darn good one.
Ordered the 'complete sandwich' (as they call it) - cream cheese, tomato, onion, and lox.
For some odd reason, this location has taken o adding in 4 (FOUR!) pieces of lettuce - CLEARLY in a cheap attempt to make the bagel 'sandwich' look somewhat filling.
Minus the lettuce, you're presented with a PITIFUL brief smear of cream cheese, the tiniest bit of lox (it was less than a forkful!), a few random pieces of red onion, and ONE tomato.
I had the insane notion if I asked for a little extra lox that I was happy to pay for, this would help matters. FOR 10 $ MORE they will throw in another forkful of lox.
Worst of all: it tasted like kindergarten paste. The cream cheese was so bland and the capers so not 'capering' that the whole thing was fairly flavorless.
To compare, a 'the works' bagel down the street at HANKS is (wait for it...) $15!!! AND you get more tomato, more lox, and a whole BUNCH of cream cheese. It's literally 5 blocks down from this location.
So DO NOT pass 'Go'! Do NOT collect $200 - skip this bit of fraud and head to HANK's (or Art's Deli, 9 blocks away!) for not only a heck of a better deal - but a far superior (edible) bagel and lox.
Thank you, Shame on you, Western Bagel.

Not crowded. Good table seating inside and on patio. Good free parking. Good place to sit and work a bit while enjoying some very delicious bagels or breakfast sandwiches etc.

Orders take a long time, and many times it is not because they are busy but I think they work on the order when the customer is already arriving.

We were visiting family and they took us here. I'm not usually a bagel person (I know, please don't hurt me), but I'd happily eat here for every meal every day. I had an egg bagel with egg and bacon. It was so delicious. I thought it may be greasy, but it wasn't at all. I wish I would've ordered two, it was so good. Enjoy friends. ?

I ordered for pickup on Seamless and when I showed up they didn’t have my food and they said they don’t use Seamless. So I complained to Seamless and I got 3 months of free deliveries on Seamless. Order from here if you want free Seamless!
The everything jalapeño bagel might just be the best bagel I’ve ever had.

Was pleasantly surprised coming upon this place right across from the hotel I was staying in. The breakfast panini was very good. The bread was crispy and well toasted, the cheese was good quality, and the bacon was also nice and crisp. Their coffee was okay too. The person behind the counter gave me recommendations when I asked for them and was quick and kind.
