Saturday morning, super early, I called to add to my already large order. The guy on the phone was so easy to work with and they had no problem increasing my order at the last minute. We appreciated it very much and loved the donuts and the coffee.
My Girlfriend had went into Dunkin at around 630am-7amish, She ordered a regular coffee (no cream/no sugar) and a refresher. She found a worm in her drink. She did bring it back to show them and they offered a refund, she kindly declined. They were nice about it and the other drink was worm free so that's why 3 stars. Just a heads up to anyone getting coffee there.
