Good food with excellent service. We went on Mother’s Day and despite being busy the service was excellent. We will go back.
I travel all over the country and like to try local restaurants, I’ve been to many Mexican restaurants and when I’ve ordered chimichangas the rice beans and salad were always on the side. So I was surprised that here they put it all inside the chimichanga. I personally didn’t like it like that, the food was good but it was not what I expected. Again…..food was good but didn’t like it all stuffed inside the chimichanga
Dorothy is amazing she gave us EXCELLENT service from start to finish!
Good food and service
Good food, traditional Mexican cuisine. Large portions, great flavor. Friendly staff.
Just looking for a new place to eat. Totally impressed with the quality. I had the tongue which was so tender. She had the chili verde, also excellent. Don't miss the raspberry jalapeño margarita!
I recently visited Los Altos with high hopes for a delightful Mexican meal, but what I experienced was nothing short of a culinary horror show.
Upon entering, the atmosphere was suffocating – a mix of stale chips and something I can only describe as a blend of regret and despair. The decor looked as if it hadn't been updated since the 1980s, and the flickering lights added an unsettling ambiance that made me question my life choices.
The service? Let's just say it was eerily silent, as if the staff had taken a vow of silence. After finally flagging down a server, I ordered the enchiladas, expecting a burst of flavor. Instead, I was served a plate that looked like it had been thrown together by a blindfolded chef in a hurry. The sauce was a bizarre shade of gray, and the cheese had an unsettling, rubbery texture that sent shivers down my spine.
As I took my first bite, I was greeted with a flavor that can only be described as “what nightmares are made of.” It was a medley of blandness and a hint of something that tasted suspiciously like it had been left out in the sun for too long. My dining companion's tacos were equally horrifying, filled with what appeared to be mystery meat that left us both questioning our decisions.
To top it all off, I found a hair in my food that looked suspiciously like it belonged to a creature from the underworld. When I brought it to the manager's attention, he simply shrugged, as if this was a common occurrence.
In short, if you value your taste buds and your sanity, steer clear of Los Altos. My experience was a frightful reminder that not all Mexican food is created equal. I left the restaurant haunted by the flavors of despair and regret, and I can confidently say I will never return.
Really authentic mexican restaurant in downtown Suisun. Service was great. Server was very welcoming and ensured we were taken care of immediately on arrival. Fajitas, Burriotos, Tacos were really tasty and authentic. Complimentary Chips and Salsa were very fresh.
Must try once if you are around.

The Snapper OH MY GOD!!! It’s good
Came in on a Monday night. The restaurant has a good amount of indoor seating. It was pretty empty inside so we were sat immediately and were able to order. We got margaritas, carne asada taco plate, and carne asada plate. The taco plate was good although it felt the meat could use more seasoning for more flavor. My friend didn’t like her carne asada plate. The carne asada looked very thin and she said it was tough. The margaritas were good and our waitress was very friendly. Overall an ok dining experience
Good place to eat
Food was good with large portions, service was good as well
It's worth the 40 minute drive for the wonderful food and service. Always a pleasure - not one disappointment!
