Sunset Donuts has everything you'd want from a donut shop. Every type of donut, plus other types of pastry, breakfast options that are prepared on the same day, and great-tasting coffee. Usually buy donuts for the kiddos here once a week, we went in to try their new menu. We went in around 12 and they were sold out of a lot of ingredients (including boba) BUT everything we were able to get a mochi donut, Carmel frappe & Bahn Mi were all on point for a little hole in the wall spot! The lady who made my sandwich wore gloves and provided great bilingual service and tried to give us a heads up on what they were sold out of!
I’ve been going to this donut shop since the 90s and it has never disappointed. Best donuts in town, hands down. When I come to visit from the east coast, I always make sure to stop here.
