“This location is quite busy, at least compared to our usual 'home location.' The staff were friendly, efficient, and maintained a very clean environment. The drive-thru had over 20 cars backed up into the parking lot. The team responded well, even adding a second person to assist in the parking lot. We were just passing through, but expect this place to be busy.“

“My family and friends love Douglas burger it is our go to place when friends and out of town family members come to visit we also have fiends with street rods we used it once a month for our cruise nights. They have a very nice variety of foods and generous portions one order Is usually enough for two people I have lived here 33 years it seems like it has always been here I highly recommend them“

“Been seeing this spot connected to a few different gas stations and I finally had time to try it. I got the the double burger and added bacon. It was fire!! The fries r really good too and they do give a lot. They also have a spicy sauce that’s got a good kick to it and tastes really good with the burger and the fries. The pricing is terrible 21 bucks, but I guess that’s where we’re at these days lol“

“Unprofessional Behavior from staff , Evident descriminatory behavior for customer in drive thru, Extended unnecessary wait time in drive thru 10 min before acknowledging customer in drive through and order then another 20 minutes to wait for only a drink order only 1 car ahead of me no cars behind when asked for Managers name bullying customer would not give name and told should of come in. I chose drive thru for disability this is descrmination cost 1/4 tank of Gas to be treated unprofessionally, bullied and discriminated against and just out right ignored in all respects“

“Their Charcuterie Board is absolutely delicious... definitely a shareable appetizer. The presentation is beautiful, and I did ask the waitress to ask the cook what kinds of cheese were on the board. It included Bleu, Brie, Havarti, Goat (with herb), and hard white cheeses flavored with sage and port wine. It was also accompanied by pepperoni, Prosciutto, fig spread, blanched almonds, and a beautiful bread (crust on the outside and soft on the inside). It was great to share and truly enjoyable!!!“

“The cleanest DQ I've been to. A-1 customer service provided by JAKE! He was quick to greet, take my order & had a very positive, friendly attitude while doing so. I ordered the slush float & a grilled cheese. Cost efficient & of course quality taste. The grilled cheese fresh off the grill was soooo yummy, imma cheese lover and they gave me the perfect cheese to bread ratio. Plenty of Ice cream cakes readily available. Had a great visit at this location, stopping in before I hit the road home! Handicap accessible, clean bathrooms and plenty of public parking available. Drive-thru available!“

I simply asked for a western bacon cheeseburger no barbecue sauce add mayonnaise and red relish special sauce freshly cooked what do you know I had to wait about four or five minutes. Wow it is delicious you should try it this way sometime after absolutely amazing

“It's good for a tiny place, if you've ever stopped out in a small town on a road trip you probably know what to expect. My steak and eggs were good, I asked for med rare and got med well though. Next time I'll probably get the huevos rancheros, Mexican breakfast looked like the way to go here. Reasonable price, the place was a little dirty but not disgusting. If I lived in the area I could see coming by once a week for a coffee and a sandwich.“

“Every other store is at least 20 minutes the wrong direction, and then you have to drive all the way back in one lane traffic. The convenience is amazing compared to the unnecessary driving. Obviously, it caters to the Mexican cuisine, fresh veggies and some of the biggest avocados around or buy a freshly made pint of guacamole. The deli menu is scrumptious. The breakfast burritos are my daughter's favorite. You can literally park right next to the front door. The staff is ready & helpful and you know how rare that is these days. Yes, I said a lot of nice things because I shop there frequently. Lots of cold drinks, no booze but that is handled a few steps away at the neighboring store.“

“Stopped in on a rainy day, to enjoy some good breakfast and a hot cup of coffee, as I often do! The food is always delicious and always made to order. I stayed awhile watching the rain, and I always notice the servers are really good and friendly, always checking in asking if I need refills or anything else. I always admire how super clean everything is in there. The price of the food is pretty much equivalent to a fast food place, only here it’s always fresh and made to order. And like I said, the in restaurant dining far exceeds the commercial chain restaurant dining experience, with quick and fast service and no wait time to sit and eat!“

“John was just a wonderful sight to see after me being in the ER for 4hrs i was starving and worn down. Carl’s was on the way home. John, smile and energy immediately lifted me up. He took my order and was very patient and offering different choices for the best for my buck along with accommodating to my food sensitivities. He told me I was very happy and I told him I just got out of the ER and coming to a smiling face is exactly what I needed. FYI.. I go to McDonald’s regularly since it’s walking distance and ask for a hamburger plain and it always comes with cheese. John made sure my order was excellent. That’s service!“

“Purchased a breakfast burrito and two cups of coffee. The burrito was fine as usual. The coffee lids wouldn't fit on. I spilled coffee all over myself, all over the counter. The bathroom was locked. I ended up using the sink behind the counter and left the coffee ☕️ on the counter. Such a frustrating start to my morning!“

The service was phenomenal, I don't remember the gentleman that helped us out, but he went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our meals, which in turn made our experience even more delightful.
