“I hit the drive thru close to closing time (10pm). My food was made fresh to order, Burgers were hot and juicy, and fries/chili cheese fries were scrumptious. Like others said, it’s a bit on the pricey side, but what diner type take out isn’t these days? Ie: Farmer boys, Dennys. I highly recommend this small business.“

“I wanted to leave some positive experience regarding this Carl’s Jr. experience. I was going through the drive thru with an insatiable craving for an Oreo milkshake (that I used to drink once a week growing up as a kid). However, today I had my two best friends with me so I asked the lovely cashier Sinaith if there’s any chance to split the milkshake into three small cups to share with my friends. They said they have smaller cups for water so I assumed I could split them up myself. As I approached the window of the drive thru I was met by the lovely Tanya who handed me a tray with THREE SMALL CUPS all individually portioned for me and my friends of Oreo milkshakes - even with the added whipped cream on top of them! “Any customer not satisfied of their service or see a worker not washing there hands or not doing there job right ask for the manager to correct the issue the owner broke his leg so it the son running it he goes back and forth taking care of his dad and work an every worker get the job is drug tested an if any customer thinks a worker on drugs let the management know an they will drug test that employee at the end of the day what matters most to family basket is every customer leaves happy an satisfied and if you have any problems with family basket just talk to the manager they will refund your money have your food remade by another cook an answer any concerns that might prevent you coming back we value every customer and we want every customer coming back.“

“Every other store is at least 20 minutes the wrong direction, and then you have to drive all the way back in one lane traffic. The convenience is amazing compared to the unnecessary driving. Obviously, it caters to the Mexican cuisine, fresh veggies and some of the biggest avocados around or buy a freshly made pint of guacamole. The deli menu is scrumptious. The breakfast burritos are my daughter's favorite. You can literally park right next to the front door. The staff is ready & helpful and you know how rare that is these days. Yes, I said a lot of nice things because I shop there frequently. Lots of cold drinks, no booze but that is handled a few steps away at the neighboring store.“

“It's good for a tiny place, if you've ever stopped out in a small town on a road trip you probably know what to expect. My steak and eggs were good, I asked for med rare and got med well though. Next time I'll probably get the huevos rancheros, Mexican breakfast looked like the way to go here. Reasonable price, the place was a little dirty but not disgusting. If I lived in the area I could see coming by once a week for a coffee and a sandwich.“

I believe she went above and beyond to make sure that my order was correct because I’ve had so many mess ups on orders. She greeted me with a smile. She was very polite. She was outgoing. I did have to part for my order and she apologized for the time the experience with her was just wonderful. My food was fresh. It was as I ordered perfectly. At other Carl’s Jr.‘s, that was horrible from customer service to the restaurant itself. This one on Chase Road is always clean. I always get met with a smile wonderful customer service and Melissa just stood out from all of them. She is truly a shining star. Thank you so much. I now wait until I’m almost home if I want Carl’s Jr. to come to this one.“

I went through the drive-thru and couldn’t help but notice that the inside looked pretty inviting, as I watched customers inside eating at their tables. My family enjoyed the burgers that day. We then went to dine in and have breakfast. I was pretty impressed with the cleanliness and the courteous employees.
