Daniel, who I believe is the manager is always extremely friendly and he clearly takes pride in his job. I really appreciate his attention to detail and he just goes above and beyond for customers. I’m not a fast food person, but I really enjoyed the Char chili burger. Unfortunately they took it off the menu which made me very sad!!I called the Carl’s Jr on Scott road in Murrieta, the manager (Britney) was extremely helpful and very professional. Other Managers should take lessons from her on how to treat customers.

My food was not put together correctly. it was hurried. I went through the drive up and the lady brought it to my car up front. There was no other customer and no reason for this service
