I came in just before closing time, and there was only one gentleman working that night — Mathew. Despite being busy cleaning up, he provided the best quality service I could have hoped for.

I had a special request to redecorate a small cake I desperately needed, and Matthew went above and beyond to help me, despite the circumstances. He didn’t just assist — he made a difference during a very important moment.
