“I had a fantastic experience at Baskin Robins today! That pretty cashier named Alyson helped me out and was so amazing at her job. She was so sweet and extremely fast!I went at noon this Monday and I was lucky there wasn’t much of a line like usual.I tried a new flavor and Alyson gave me a great amount of toppings for my scoops. “Their vegan ice cream options are THE BEST, they usually have about 2-3 options, but they’re always delicious. I always say baskin robbins does vegan ice cream the best. It’s usually sorbet and a chocolate variety, and I hate chocolate ice cream, but I LOVE theirs! That’s should tell you something!“
“I am giving this review based on my personal experience with this place . They deserve every star. I called them about possibly having an extra unicorn cake , the young lady told me that she had an extra & can do unicorn toppers on top . I took the chance & said okay, once I get the cake it was better than I thought . It was simple yet very cute was happy with the way they accommodated my request on the same day basis . The second was yesterday I spoke with janelle & she was super nice young lady & helped me get my cake as I wanted for my son , it turned out how I liked it & she was very friendly about helping & making sure it was possible . The staff that helped me both times were friendly & welcoming . Thank you ladies so much . Also remember they are human & just work here they try their best, you should really give them some slack if YOUR the one having a bad day and or attitude . Thanks ladies !“

The service was amazing and I love how the employees here were super accommodating. They made sure that the tables were clean so that I could enjoy my ice cream while sitting down. “The service is excellent! The staff was warm and welcoming. I took my 93 year old mother for a special treat. Her favorite ice cream is strawberry and she was so excited that there was real strawberries in the ice cream. She has been having a hard time eating lately and seeing her devouring the ice cream was so wonderful. We had such a great time, My mom now wants to go regulary and visit with the staff!“

“Upon entering the establishment Lucia greeted me with friendly welcome. The place was nice and clean with a great vibe from the music that was playing. I told her what I wanted and she explained to me exactly how I can get it. I even asked for extra Oreos and she let me know the extra charge it would be. I was happy to pay it just because of the great service she was providing me. She made my milkshake perfect and thanked me for coming. I was actually headed to Culver City to Coldstone but I'm glad I stopped by here in my own neighborhood. 4066 S. Victoria is the place to come for great service and great shakes.“
“The ice cream here is very good. I liked their selection of flavors and people working there were nice to me. The Gold Ribbon flavor is so damn good. If I was more into peanut butter, the Peanut Butter Chocolate flavor I got would have been better, but I chose it after sampling, so it's my fault if I didn't like it as much. They didn't make a fuss about getting samples either, thankfully. I ended up sampling around 5 flavors and heard not a peep about a limit, though I'm sure there is one. I don't know if I will ever be back in the area, but if I am and I crave some ice cream, I'm definitely going to seek out this Baskin Robbins.“
