“The team at this site performed admirably! I placed an in-person order for my cake and picked it up a few days later. I had shared a picture of my desired cake, they skillfully brought it to reality. The one setback was my desire for a smaller heart cake, but they don't take preorders for that size. The site is tidy, and the cakes are freshly prepared. I favor this place over the La Puente location on Hacienda Blvd due to the better handwriting and the availability of two fridge cakes here. 10/10 would order again !“
“I was served by Gulie. She was super friendly and very attentive. She smiled the entire time and had such a patient and kind attitude towards everyone in line. The place got busy very quickly and the two girls Golie and another employee were doing their best to attend everyone with a friendly attitude. There should be more employees to help them out. Nonetheless they handled it well. Thank you Gulie for being incredibly kind and being so patient waiting for me to decide what I wanted you are terrific for that. Her smile was contagious!! “We have been coming to this Baskin Robbins / Dunkin Donuts since they opened up and I have to say that they're service has gotten better over time. There have been unpleasant employees at times that did provide the best customer service. But yes it has gotten better. One of the best and convenient things about this location is the fact that they have a drive thru, so if you're on the go and want a scoop or coffee and donuts, this place is convenient in that sense. The place is always kept clean, it is a large store compared to any typical Baskin Robbins and they also have and outdoor sitting area. They have the ice-Cream, donuts, cold coffees and regular coffee as well as ice cream cakes. We have ordered cakes in the past and they have been great.Over all is it a good location to visit weather you're in the mood for ice cream or coffee and donuts.“
“Getting ice cream is always a treat and this location is consistently good, in my opinion. They usually have a good variety of new flavors, as well as the classic "go-to"s. I tried the Oreo N Cold Brew this time and it was tasty- coffee ice cream with a LOT of Oreo cookie mixed in. It was just sweet enough and the coffee taste seemed stronger than the usual coffee. The service is great here and it was pretty busy for a Thursday night. Could be because of the heat, but I think it's also that this Baskin Robbins is a good one and the neighborhood knows it. :)“
