“Friday 5/8/26, about 1:00 PM, don't know her name but the gall that served me has a few times in the past. I told her today that there are not many people in this world that do things right anymore but she is one of them. EVERY TIME I visit, she makes my Cappy chocolate fudge perfectly. I ask her to make it THICK AND CHOCOLATEY and she does. Having to watch my diet, I enjoy a treat once a week or maybe even two so it's important that it's ENJOYABLE in my case. Gotten to the point where if I am able to fit one into my diet, I will walk by the store to see if she is the server. If not, I keep walking because I know if I want it just right, actually PERFECT AND MOST ENJOYABLE, I will only allow her to make it. Hey, when you get a chance to cheat, you gotta make it worth it or it's just a waste ha ha ha! Great job Girly !!!!“
