“I visited this BR and it was great I'm not sure what the other people are talking about, I came in, and right away I was greeted politely by the 2 workers there. They even let me try flavors that I have been wanting to try. I purchased a birthday cake and they were nice enough to write on it. A great clean place to go with family. I'll be visiting every Thursday-Sunday to get my ice cream addiction. The manager was also very nice. Places like this should be examples to other businesses on how great the customer service should be. I strongly recommend to everyone.“

“Baskin-Robbins is a colorful ice cream parlor chain on Milliken Avenue in Rancho Cucamonga. Baskin-Robbins is usually known for its many flavors plus sorbet and yogurt and this place is not an exception. This place is very close to our house and it's our favorite ice cream parlor. We come here at least once a month. Here you will get a lot of flavors and plenty of options from sundaes to banana splits. It's a nice and clean place to eat your desserts. Their customer service is also very good and you can try samples until you find the right flavor. The price is quite reasonable.“
“Emily at Baskin-Robbins was absolutely fantastic! She made an amazing milkshake that was perfect from the first sip to the last. On top of that, she did a wonderful job writing on my son’s birthday cake. The lettering looked great, and she clearly took pride in her work.
What really stood out was her positive attitude and attention to detail. She helped make my son’s birthday feel extra special, and that means a lot to our family.
