“Came in to order a very particular IceCream Birthday Cake for my daughter (she had sent me exact pics of what she wanted) for the very first time... needles to say I didn't know what I was doing ... but Gustavo (who should be employee of the year) was the most personable, helpful, knowledgeable customer service person I've met in these past years was very helpful, kind and patient, walked me thru the process and then double checked everything. I walked out of there quite confident I was going to get exactly what my daughter wanted and earn myself some brownie points!! Which I did once we got the cake and quickly lost them when after celebrating placed it in the fridge at the end of the night RIP icecream cake lol“
