We have been coming to this Baskin Robbins / Dunkin Donuts since they opened up and I have to say that they're service has gotten better over time. There have been unpleasant employees at times that did provide the best customer service. But yes it has gotten better. One of the best and convenient things about this location is the fact that they have a drive thru, so if you're on the go and want a scoop or coffee and donuts, this place is convenient in that sense. I watched this building get built. Had no clue it was going to be Baskin Robbins. What was more surprising is that this place shares same unit as Dunkin Donuts. Clean place, clean restrooms. It is located in Tokyo Central Plaza.
