Darren wasn't having such a great day today Maybe he shouldn't have came into work. Went in for the luxury of Coffee & Ice Cream. Dunkin was 10/10 because I put my order in the Kiosk. When it came to ordering our ice cream Darren successfully was able to take the order of the first order which was a double scoop of the same flavor. Then when it came to my order he assumed we were ready to pay and was ready to check us out. When I told him I was ordering I gave him my order told him thank you no response when he gave me my ice cream said thank you again no response. We paid and Darren handed us the receipt, but it was done in a careless manner, almost as if it was tossed rather than given to us. There were plenty of other people working and we were the only ones in line to be helped. So didn't need to be rude and rush away as he did. Seems to me no adult management is here running anything. Hopefully you have a better day Darren.

Typically, I have great service when I go to this location. The last time I went, this younger girl was very nice and gave excellent service. However, I had ordered two triple scoops through UberEats and they literally gave me kids scoops. After spending nearly $30 on poor portions, I highly doubt I will go to this location again.

We have been coming to this Baskin Robbins / Dunkin Donuts since they opened up and I have to say that they're service has gotten better over time. There have been unpleasant employees at times that did provide the best customer service. But yes it has gotten better. One of the best and convenient things about this location is the fact that they have a drive thru, so if you're on the go and want a scoop or coffee and donuts, this place is convenient in that sense. The place is always kept clean, it is a large store compared to any typical Baskin Robbins and they also have and outdoor sitting area. They have the ice-Cream, donuts, cold coffees and regular coffee as well as ice cream cakes. We have ordered cakes in the past and they have been great.Over all is it a good location to visit weather you're in the mood for ice cream or coffee and donuts.

I watched this building get built. Had no clue it was going to be Baskin Robbins. What was more surprising is that this place shares same unit as Dunkin Donuts. Clean place, clean restrooms. It is located in Tokyo Central Plaza.

Theyre out of a certain flavor but its okay, until they charge for the cones extra???? The other stores have the double scoop-free waffle cone. On the receipt you can see it was applied until they go ahead and charge for it.

This place never never has freaked bananas for banana split. It's ridiculous. They should just take it down from the menu if they don't sell it. Pisses me off

This store is always clean and the people who work here are always friendly. I come here for ice cream and there's also a Dunkin Donuts in the same location so I can get coffee and donuts at the same time! Yummers!!!

Ordered a two scoop cone and was charged an additional charge for.....the cone! When I order an ice cream cone there's a reasonable expectation that the cone is included. I'm talking about a regular, ordinary, no frills "cake cone."

Worst service ever! I came for a banana royale because they're usually good here, but today they told me they never carried them here??? I know they're probably lazy to make them but cmon tell me something else instead of they don't carry it. They were extremely rude and even dropped my card so I had to get out of my car to pick it up in the pouring rain. My overall experience: it was so bad I wanna give you a 0 but that's not possible, so I give you, a 1. Iykyk
