This location has always been one of my favorites. Last night I was having issues with booking a party, but this morning I called to speak to a manager. Flor was amazing and super helpful. She was able to accommodate all of our needs and was super understanding.
I want to give a huge thank you to the manager Flor. You made our daughter birthday party possible. We were experiencing issues trying to reserve online. When we called they said they couldn't accommodate which was devastating. Flor stepped in and made it all happen! Thank you again!
This place is awesome, I recently signed up for a fun pass and it's totally worth it. Special shout out for Valerie, patient and definitely knows how to maximize your fun pass perks! Food is good and the trampoline keeps the kids active. Thanks again Valerie and Sun Valley Chuck E. Cheese!!
