“I bought a fruit cup at the Earth Bar in LAX because the fruit looked like there was a possibility that every piece might actually be ripe. I was pleasantly surprised to discover every piece was indeed ripe-kiwi, mango, pineapiple, and grapes. This is a first for me in mass-marketed fruit cups.“

The girl who greeted me offered to take my order or let me use the screen—she was very friendly and helpful. When I had trouble with my card, the guy working jumped in right away. He was energetic, kind, and patient—no frustration at all, just eager to help, which I really appreciated.

The store design was beautiful too.

Later, I realized I didn’t get the juice I had ordered. I’d already walked home but noticed I’d been charged, so I went back. The same staff member immediately remembered me, looked up my order by name, apologized, and told me to grab a juice from the fridge. Problem solved in seconds.

On top of that, the food was fantastic—great taste, texture, and presentation.“

“As usual, I made a stop at Recovery Zone to buy my Body Effects drink. I noticed the price had gone up by 50 cents, but that's expected given how expensive everything is in Los Angeles. While I intended to sip it and work out, I realized in the locker room that I didn't have a shirt to wear over my Under Armour pants. I plan to return tomorrow or in the coming days as I need to get back in shape and stay active. “I’ve been a costumer for almost 12 years and Demetrio he’s a nice Guy helps me out a lot. If you have any questions you have to go with at the time he’s there. I don’t blame the Cashiers that they don’t know anything, like I said Demetrio is a nice person he is helping his cashiers giving them the job just to charged the items. “I get shakes & bowls here pretty regularly and honestly they have a good variety & customization. The service is great, especially when Glory is there. She's always super friendly & helpful when I have questions about the different shakes. The service is also quite fast, even when there's only 1 person working. They do a good job, even when it's super busy. I have some food allergies/restrictions, and I find it easy to customize my order to fit my needs. I would love to see other fruit juices included in the regular menu!
