Mocha cookie crumble frappucino at this location is very good but I've had more chocolatey drinks at 2 other locations. The lobby is surprisingly large and looks safe to hang out in. The parking lot is huge but this location is located in a questionable part of Sun Valley. The areas South and North of the I-5 were known to be sketchy due to the abandoned businesses in the area.However I did noticed construction at the corner of San Fernando Road so maybe some nicer infrastructure is coming. This location sits on top of a former Bob's Big Boy that closed down a few years ago which explains all the extra space here. I will definitely visit again when I'm riding on the nearby bike path parallel to San Fernando Road. ??

Today, I visited Starbucks in Sun Valley location and ordered two caramel macchiatos along with banana nut bread. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by the rude behavior of one of the staff members, Mikayla.Upon approaching the counter, Mikayla seemed disinterested and barely moved as she took my order. When I asked her to repeat something she had whispered, she responded rudely, almost shouting when confirming my order for banana nut bread. Despite the lackluster service, I still tipped her $1, although it seemed unappreciated.As I proceeded to find a seat, Mikayla abruptly yelled for me to collect my banana nut bread from the cashier area, further highlighting her discourteous demeanor. To make matters worse, when my order was called, I received only one coffee instead of the two I had ordered. It was only after I inquired that the mistake was rectified, following confirmation from Mikayla herself.Overall, the service provided by Mikayla was disappointing and left much to be desired. Such behavior not only reflects poorly on the establishment but also detracts from the overall dining experience. I hope that management addresses these issues to ensure that all customers receive the level of service they deserve.

I ordered through mobile app, confirmed in 5 minutes for 3 items I drove 9 minutes to there. When I arrived I had to wait for another 5 minutes. Totally almost 15 minutes for my ordered.Then no body response my requested for another stuffs. So, I couldn’t wait and I tried to take them by myself, one lady staff came to me and said with an unlovely voice to me let me back off to other side. In same time there look like that space can go through in without any partition or caution sign for no enter.This Starbucks is lowest service standard ever I met.

Long wait by the speaker and no greeting from the order taker at first. The cashier was him or her and hard to tell, transgender I assumed. No eye contact , no greeting and no good service. The robot cashier might had done better job. Haha.....

Pretty good Starbucks location, as far as Starbucks goes. It's a rather large location with a good amount of space/seating, and a fair amount of parking. It can get super busy sometimes, and the drive through in particular can get hectic. Very convenient location. It can be a little tough sometimes to get into and out of the parking. I've received friendly service here, the few times that I've gone.

I made a order on line and I went to the location 45 minutes later way after my order was supposed to be ready. I get there and my order was half ready. I asked for the manager and a lady said she was the manager and she was so rude. I asked her about my order and all she said was it will be ready when it's ready. I told her it had been 45 minutes since my order and she just kept repeating it will be ready when it's ready. No apologies or acknowledgment of the issue. She was just rude and very disrespectful. I will never be going back to this location. I have never had this type of service in any of the other Starbucks I have been to, and if this is your management what kind of example is this for the rest of the employees.
