Slice of NY has been turning out quality pies for years! They are really at the top of their game. There a a few good pizza spots in the bay but SONY is hard to beat. In addition to the pizza they have the hard to find sodas and desserts not common to the area. I almost forgot!!! Don't skip the garlic knots!

It's the best pizza for miles, but FFS, is being open a grand total of 18 hours a week maybe a function of your socialist operating style? I get that offices aren't ordering your pies by the dozen, but surely there is another path. I mean, even Pizza Chicago and State of Mind opened new branches in the last 4 years, the Indians have also opened their pizza places....but all it is for ASONY is fewer and fewer hours. I know costs have gone up, including wages, but it only gets worse as you depend on fewer pies and hours since you have to spread the fixed costs like rent over fewer pies.C'mon guys. Lots of people love your pizza, surely there are capitalist tools to drive growth? Maybe go after schools, or camps? Can the commune sacrifice for a bit so we can enjoy NY pizza more than 3 days a week? I'm tired of the thick crust from up the road at NY Pizza.

Great pizza, definitely the closest thing to NY pizza I've found on the West Coast.

Title: Authentic New York Slice Oasis in SunnyvaleMy recent visit to this hidden gem in Sunnyvale transported me straight to the bustling streets of New York City. Ryan, our gracious host, curated an unforgettable experience, guiding us through their mouthwatering menu with expertise.Upon Ryan's recommendation, we indulged in their Margherita pizza and ricotta pizza with garlic base, and let me tell you, they were culinary masterpieces. Each bite was a symphony of flavors, reminiscent of the finest pizzerias in NY.The beverage selection was equally impressive, with a delightful array of fountain drinks and a solid lineup of craft beers on tap, catering to every palate. What truly stole the show, however, was the authenticity of the pizza itself. The perfect blend of crispy crust, gooey cheese, and flavorful toppings embodied the essence of New York-style pizza, leaving us craving for more. The ambiance of the restaurant was the cherry on top, evoking the gritty charm of a New York subway, complete with bustling energy and urban vibes. But what truly set this experience apart was the hospitality. In a heartwarming gesture, Ryan surprised my wife and me with a fresh batch of cannolis, handcrafted especially for us as it was our first time visiting and coincidentally my wife's birthday. Such personalized service is rare to find, especially at a pizza joint, and it left a lasting impression. In conclusion, our dining experience was nothing short of exceptional, earning a resounding 10 out of 10 stars. Whether you're a pizza aficionado or simply craving a slice of the Big Apple in Sunnyvale, this place is an absolute must-visit.

This is one of my favorite pizza places in the area. Really like their garlic knots. Like their pizza a lot. I've ordered here several times.I just got the Sicilian for the first time, and did not like that at all, though. It's 90% bread and maybe 1% sauce. Definitely not extra sauce (there was a lot of cheese). Very dense and frankly a little hard to eat. It's huge. Maybe it needed more toppings since I only added jalapenos.I love their regular pizzas, but I'd advise steering clear of the Sicilian, at least the plain one.
