I have a mixed feelings about my experience. On one hand, the authentic South Indian flavors were absolutely delicious—the variety dosas, appams, flavorful chicken/fish/ veg curries and perfectly spiced biryanis were highlights. The food quality is definitely worth praising! However, the service was extremely disappointing. The staff seemed unattentive, ignored requests for water and and our orders took way too long to arrive—even though the restaurant wasn’t very busy. It was too hot inside as no fan or AC were turned on.

I've dined here. The taste and quality of the food seemed fine. But recently, the restaurant has been reportedly closed temporarily due to the presence of vermin in food. Couldn't trust this brand anymore.

I am European and I loved the food and service! It is definitely authentic and at the same time it is quite balanced combination of flavors, spices and sweetness. Prices are noticeably moderate and their lentil/rice crepes were delicious. We will be coming back and next time we will bring our little one for desert.

The food quality and service has deteriorated drastically. This is my 3rd bad experience in a row. Service is very slow. Food was not fresh and was slightly warm.

The pottalam parotta, nandu masala was highlight, everything was great We had amazing non veg south indian food Aapam was good but I would like it if they dont put too much sugar in teh aapam which is making it taste like a dessert which i dont expect Apart from that everything was great Kalakki was a bit flavourless, I would like if they added some pepper and masala and make it spicy Overall food was worth the price

Mutton bone soup was good. Ambur mutton biriyani was just ok, but didn’t like the mutton pieces. Chicken lollipop was rubbery and chewy. Chicken in the curry that came along with Appam was overcooked. Not a great experience.

The items listed in the menu was different from what they served. They list Ambur Biryani, but clearly they don’t make it in that style. They make it in the style of talpakat. They list chicken 65, but serve you something close to pop-corn chicken kababs. This is conning customers. Place is not clean, century old music and truck loads of spice in anything they make. Only thing they genuinely are good at is appams served with coconut milk.

Absolutely abysmal service, we were completely ignored after our order was taken. Parts of our order was served after we completed our meal.
The owners were rude and did not seem to care about the food nor the service and just ignored us.
The food was equally bad as the service, most of it was frozen stuff.
Would not recommend eating this place to anybody.
