The wine dinner held at Adrestia, this past Friday was nothing short of incredible! Such a thoughtfully put together menu, paired perfectly with the wines. Nestled along the hotel's lobby, the restaurant blends in with the lobby's sleek minimalist design and is rather unassuming. Even for a Friday night, the ambience was very calm, making it perfect for business dinners or low-key date nights. Our service was very friendly, knowledgeable, quick, and alert. Service takes a bit long. We waited close to 45 minutes for our meal to come out. All the food tasted amazing so I guess it was worth the wait. The Wagyu Burger was delicious, and the Wagyu Short Rib was impeccable! The best we've ever tasted!
