As a Texas native, I was reluctant to try any barbecue that boasts of tasting like TX. However, longing for that flavor, I've tried a few others since living here for 9 years. I recently gave them a try, with fingers crossed. The moment I stepped into this place I instantly knew they backed up their claim, without having tasted anything! I gave it 4 stars because the meal should include a slice of garlic bread as part of the meal. Also, it's self service so I can't really rate the service. Also, I cannot pick recommendations on the meat because I always order pulled pork and it's not on the list.
