The lady at counter is really really unprofessional and rude with no sense of customer service. It was our first time today and the coffee was cold, not enough strong. When we gave feedback, she replied rudely that she knows how to make coffee. Such people are not good for business

I loveeee this place! The couple, I believe, serving and making the food are the sweetest. The food taste so good. We ordered bacon, egg and cheese on a blueberry bagel, sesame bagel and whole wheat bagel. All three were delicious! Looking forward to tasting more from this spot.

This place is a minute away from my work and I love it. My favorite are the lox bagels with cream cheese, capers, onions, and cucumbers. They do an amazing job. It’s always fast. Everything is always fresh and people are very friendly.
