Close to my hotel so I decided to try it out. Got 2 bagels to try: a salt with plain cream cheese and a poppy seed with strawberry, both were excellent. Wasn’t that hungry but ended up downing them both.

Perfect amount of chew and toasted exactly right, perfect spread to bagel ratio; some places overload it and it gets everywhere when you bite in.

Black Iced coffee tasted great and went perfectly. Overall my morning got off to a terrible...

The food is great , fast service as they have plenty of staff . I just don’t appreciate getting over charged randomly. I got the same thing three days in a row and got three different prices . The guy at the register quickly input .50 cents the last time I was there for my sandwich. Once he noticed that I was paying attention, he changed me the correct amount for the next bagel . I just have to tell this guy “YOU SUCK”

I am a regular customer. Sometimes they don't have the coffee I like and they just say there is no coffee. They don't do their best to prepare more. This counts as bad service.
