Very nice place to visit for ice Vietnamese Che desert drinks and ice coffee.
Very clean and nice atmosphere and decor.

Inchin Bamboo is one of my favorite places to eat indo-chinese cuisine. I love their Burnt Garlic Fried rice, Manchurian and Chicken 65. The vegetarian noodles were good as well.

Absolutely atrocious service if you value your time.

To give some context, I placed an order through DoorDash and it was displayed to me that my order was ready .

I went to the place and was waiting patiently for over 10 mins without even an acknowledgement from the staff. 10 minutes became 20. I asked politely whether my order was ready as displayed. They said no and to wait five minutes.

20 became 40 and 3 people who came in after me and ordered in store (including a gentleman who ordered 4 drinks ) got served before my DoorDash order which was “ready” was served. Then I lost my patience and told them “I have been waiting here for 40 minutes” and finally they said “oh, sorry, give us six minutes” and *started* preparing my order.

In total I spent 46 minutes waiting for ONE taro milkshake. Absolute waste of everyone’s time involved. If DoorDash wait times are not going to be honored, please have the courtesy to let the customer know. And also , when a customer is waiting for one drink for 40 minutes , let it not be on the customer to keep asking you whether the drink is ready

Ordered Mango Dazzle based on top recommendation on DoorDash.
Doesn't look like the one on the menu. Also they forgot about the order. We had to constantly remind them which is weird. They didn't even honour the low sugar option. Had to dump it all.

One of the worst Mangonada we had. Complete waste of money. Only water no fruits no taste. Recommend no one to go with it. Spoiled the day by sending worst taste.

We felt they had this premade for a while in the fridge. Noticing something odd when chewing the green stuff, it’s very tough and chewy. The jackfruit looks almost transparent (like it how it’s been thaw out) not fresh, not crunchy. I hope it’s not from the can jackfruit jar. We told the girl and she said ok and left. Never had experience this with other bambu places. Need to reconsider this place because they might be serving old stuff. First and last time I will come here sunnyvale location.

The selection of drink — boba, smoothies, fruit drinks is endless. Every one of the drinks look so good! ? but Thai tea is my fave!!

I stop by here when I'm in town every year or two and it's still one of my favorite places. I like Bambu Favorite but Bambu Combo is nice for when I want a little chaos in my drink (basically a little of everything). I like the crunchy red tapioca, refreshing herbal jelly, chewy pandan jelly, sweet milky blend of coconut and scoop of finely crushed ice.

The Bambu in my area closed down so I'm glad I can still have some here. The ambience has changed a lot since I was last here, but it's still a vibrant and unique hangout.

The Bambu drinks here are so watery. The San Jose location's drink and service is so much better! Will not be coming here again.
