We had been searching for a long time around Cupertino for a café that makes good sushi rolls. The task wasn’t easy, but I decided to stop by Bay Sushi and order a few rolls to go. We were pleasantly surprised by the staff — their attentiveness and attention to detail stood out. Our order was ready in less than 10 minutes, and we were delighted with the quality and taste of the rolls. Everything was just right, and now we know where to enjoy healthy and delicious food. Thanks to the chefs and the staff!

Our favorite small local restaurant. We often order take out. My husband usually eats sushi (Nigiri bay) and I order Saba Shioyaki. There is miso soup too. We dined in once. The staff is nice. We tried chicken katsu too. It is also good.

Prices were reasonable for the Bay area. It seemed like the staff also knew quite a bit of the the people who came in, perhaps as regulars

This is really good Japanese food. The special healthy rice option is a great choice. The special dinner for two was gut busting and delicious! The prices have gone up a bit but that’s true of everywhere. The sushi and sashimi is generous and tasty

Somewhat small Japanese restaurant in a strip mall. Our party of 4 had red dragon roll, In & out roll, spider role and sashimi dinner. Food was pretty good, but sashimi took a long time to prepare (rolls all eaten before sashimi served) and all 10 pieces were one fish Instead of an assortment. Prices were pretty reasonable and staff was friendly and attentive. r
