Really love this establishment! The sushi is so yummy and wonderful, the restaurant itself is lovely and aesthetic, staff is always very welcoming and nice. Also makes for great take out!
We had been searching for a long time around Cupertino for a café that makes good sushi rolls. The task wasn’t easy, but I decided to stop by Bay Sushi and order a few rolls to go. We were pleasantly surprised by the staff — their attentiveness and attention to detail stood out. Our order was ready in less than 10 minutes, and we were delighted with the quality and taste of the rolls. Everything was just right, and now we know where to enjoy healthy and delicious food. Stopped in here on a whim for dinner and could not have been more pleased. The staff were friendly, the sushi and gyoza were amazing, and the ambience was relaxing. This is now my favorite sushi spot in the area!
