I would love to recommend Black Angus Sunnyvale but unfortunately, today is the last day it will open. We've had so many great times there. We've celebrated on several occasions and we've met so many wonderful people there. The staff is amazing and the manager, Michael Harris has gone out of his way to make sure our time there was nothing but excellent. My family and I love love love the Sunnyvale branch. We will miss enjoying our evenings there. Thanks Sunnyvale for so many laughs, great service, and delicious food!!

Large, padded booths; friendly, attentive wait staff; bread refilled without asking; tender steaks cooked perfectly make for a great dining experience.

I have NEVER experienced worse service in a steakhouse! First off the place was like an icebox when we walked in.. STRIKE 1 The waitress didn't even know serving oz sizes, when I inquired about the price and portion....snooty attitude, when I asked. (You work in a STEAKHOUSE NOT DENNY'S)You should know all sides portion and prices. I mean you were trained, werent you? STRIKE 2 We waited 40 minutes,oh! did I forget to mention we were the 4th customers in the door! No cof

WAY over-priced and tasteless. We travel alot and always try the local steak house. We will never eat at another one of these. We never complain or return food. Here's our experience today: 2 adults $74+. Both ordered 12oz Ribeyes (one with "Jumbo" shrimp, which were actually very small and tough). Took 20 mins to get steaks after salads. One steak was right, second one was not Ribeye at all. Steak #1 almost finished before server ever checked back. Steak #2 returned (politely) requesting correct cut as the 2 bites tried were tasteless and tough. Another 20 minutes before manager returned with another to say, "cut into that and see if it suits you".

Overpriced for the food quality and service. Steak was really good, everything else not so much. Terrible service.

This place was pretty good! Our server Kelly was super sweet and helpful! The food was decent and the atmosphere was pretty calm. It reminded me of an older Western restaurant. We got a lot of food for $45 because they were doing a promotion, it's usually $70. I don't think I would spend $70 on the food, $45 was a good price. We did get a TON of food and free refills.

A regular haunt when visiting with work. Always have to wait 20+ mins to get seated. Food is good quality and served quickly. Very friendly staff. Decent selection of drinks and you can just sit at the bar if you like.

Sorry. This place needs more waiters/ waitress help. It took almost an hour to get just appetizers. I feel sorry for the waitress. She had so many tables to attend to. One of our appetizers arrived late because the waitress said someone took it to another customer. We had to wait 1/2 hour for her to serve it. I will wait awhile to visit here so they can get organize better.

Ventured into Black Angus today after trying out Outback yesterday. We ordered the 2 pax deal. It came with an appetizer, 4 sides 2 entrees and 1 dessert. We had Jumbo shrimp for appetizer, The appetizer, Jumbo Shrimp is good and fresh. We had soups, taste marvelous! Greens are so-so. The Entrees we had are the rib prime and new york in medium. The rib is overcooked to almost medium well, the new york is acceptable. Carrot cake is one dessert you should not skip, it is fabulous!

We come regularly with our dining group and a fistful of coupons. Steaks are pretty good, not great. We like the Sampler Platter (good choice with the Campfire Feast). Good sides include the salad wedge, onion rings, and broccoli. Best dessert is the Mud Pie. If ordering the “Big Cookie” ask them to bake it longer - the middle is usually doughy. Best deals are in the bar during Happy Hour and restaurant specials on weeknights. Reservations highly recommended on weekends.

Not liking the automatic 3% minimum wage increase fee added to your bill. What ? You need to work that into prices or some other way. That is just going to make people give less of a tip. And what was the increase amount? Because a bill that is higher is going to pay more than a lesser bill. Who's making out in this, the restaurant? We will not be back, unfortunately our meal and service was great. Let us know when you stop this practice.
