Boba pearls were so hard, not fresh at all. But the place is super cute and fun to hang out in. I sat in the swings and lots of cool flower backgrounds.

No option for no ice, when i tell to crew less ice they say no because there is extra fee for less ice.?

The guy working at the time (don't know his name but is short, hispanic, and wears glasses) took more than 30 minutes to make my order. Before and after this, as customer orders were being taken and made, he was simply standing behind the counter doing nothing. Do not come here if you expect good service!

As cheesy as the deco goes, the drinks unfortunately matched the level of artificial, superficial, overly milky, tealess.
This probably has set a new level of bad bubble tea in the Bay Area….

Why would you charge five dollars to a little five-year-old kid to enter your ball pit after spending six dollars on drink !

I went for a bobba and received a glass full of ice, despite having paid for less ice. The staff argues that it is the company's order that the glass be full of ice. Very bad experience.

Terrible service, we bought a bobba and paid to have less ice and the glass was full of ice and almost no tea, we went to the cashier and they told us that it is the company's order to fill the glass with bobba!! What is this? It's absurd.

This used to be my favorite place. So I got my kid to play in the ball pit. Kid ticket for the pit is like 5$, but since my kid in young , they are forcing adults to get a 9$ ticket as well! Staff said it's policy. That's the most stupidest policy i have ever heard.
Will never bring my family here, you lost a customer with this stupidest policy!

Friend and I went for the Momo Egg Drop grand opening event today where they were debuting their new Egg sandwiches and giving out a free boba tea drink every sandwich purchase. For the free drink, you have 3 specific options: the wintermelon tea, taro tea, or pink pear tea with no boba pearls or add ons. My friend got the chicken and pesto slider and I got the ham and avocado sandwich with pink pear boba.
The eggs were well-cooked and light and fluffy, and the avocado was very fresh. However, the meat for both sandwich / slider types was bland and dry (my friend gave her review as well, she said they can definitely improve on the meat.) Bread was the most disappointing - it was toasted well but tasted salty and dry, and the texture was not soft. I recommend Egghead Sando cafe for their egg sandwiches.

Pros: Interior decor is amazing, very pretty pink-themed and florals. Photo ops: 1) flower telephone booth, 2) hot air balloon seat, 3) swing chairs, 4) “you, me and Bober tea” flower wall”, 5) pink heart candies on wall saying “boss girl”, “matcha dough?”, “Bober yes, you maybe”, 6) pink bubble tea pearls ball-pit (like you’re swimming bubble tea pearls).

Cons: Food is average, long wait times. We came at 1:20pm and were served at 2:45pm, which was a wait time of 1 hour 25mins. We were told by staff that the wait time would be 30-45mins.

Took over an hour to get a sandwich that had a cold slice of cheese and was room temperature. Why does it take an hour to make a sandwich when there wasn’t a long queue? Unsure. But not coming back here again.

Didn't get donuts and still loved it! We had the place to ourselves mid day on a Monday when we dropped by for mochi donuts. Apparently, they are having distribution issues, so no donuts any time soon. But the inside of this place is an insta-lover's pink paradise. Many great backdrops and interactive opportunities like the swing chairs and a ball pit. So fabulous that I'm not even sad about missing the donuts! Super friendly, helpful employee. Would love to come back!

If you don't add on "less ice" which is a dollar, 3/4ths of your cup would be just ice. I just order a bunch of ice. If they are advertising boba, the boba does not come as default, you need to also add it as a addon. After all that they demand a 45% tip, its a joke

non-dairy creamer is usually not non-dairy, it has milk derivatives in it, specifically sodium caseinate which is an allergen.

I'd try this place but since they don't list ingredients or say it's vegan, and don't answer the phone there's no way to tell.

The donuts and drinks are good, but the last time I visited (close to opening time) they didn't have any donuts. My kids love the ball pit but I feel like the ladder makes it kind of hard to get in and out.
