I am excited to share this with everyone who is viewing my review. One of the best places to enjoy bobba here in the town. I fell in love with the ambience first and then ease of ordering, polite staff and tasty bobba

As their website claims, the Mung Bean Pandan Latte is indeed my new favorite drink now. The interior was entirely, fantastically, gorgeously pink. It definitely made me smile just walking in. I was surprised to find a parking spot right across the street on a Saturday afternoon, especially with the Sunnyvale Farmers Market going on.I ordered the size with a surprise plushie and it was super cute. The bottom of the drink is a lot higher than you'd expect, so don't worry about ripping into the bottom container.Glad to see they are expanding and opening new locations farther north. I was tired of South Bay hogging all the pandan flavored drinks!

Very instagramable Barbie styled place with a great variety of beverages and cool donuts! There are 2 self-service kiosks, restrooms, really cool tables for a companies with the swings. I came in the middle of the day, so it wasn't crowded, but I know in the evenings it gets really busy. The service is fast. The ambience is very nice. They have even a swimming pool filled with the pink balls! Cool place to meet with friends and make awesome pictures.

The location is nice. We was there around 8:10 but the lady in the front say the location was closed, and we're no able to used the installation. Please double check on the time, since the location closed at 9, but we're allow to stay there after 8.

What a beautiful place! The atmosphere is absolutely lovely, a really beautiful place for photosI really wanted the boba to be good but... It was honestly really bad. Probably the worst boba I've had, and I've had a lot. It was the sort of dry/chewy/hard that you can get from leaving out microwave boba. And the cheese foam basically didn't exist.

I usually love bober but not this bober location. I've been to a couple different locations too. The boba consistency was so hard like uncooked. Usually it's nice and soft with a chew to it like a gummy. This one was hard and disgusting. Won't be coming back here. Would rather drive the extra distance to Palo Alto, Campbell or even Walnut Creek.

Ordered a hot rose latte and was disappointed to find it lukewarm and overly sweet, almost syrupy. When we asked if sweetness can be readjusted and the latte be reheated, we were surprised to learn that the latte is prepared by a machine, limiting any customization or quality control.

Very pretty cafe. Ordered a drink (oolong tea) expecting for it to come with the boba by default given the literal name of the place. But after paying almost $8, you have to pay extra for the boba pearls which sort leaves you sort of deceived.

This place is really nicely decorated, perfect photo opportunity! There are swings, a ball pit, hot air balloon, cherry blossom tree and much more. Also the drinks and mochi donuts are delicious.Kid-friendliness: Sweet drinks for sweet kids

Our family has come here a few times in the past year. The main thing that attracted us to this place was the pink ball pit. Our kids do have a lot of fun when they play in the ball pit. However , please note that if you have children under the age of 12, they will require that you pay $9 for an adult pass "in case you need to go into the ball pit yourself to help your child if anything happens" and this is required whether or not you end up going in. The drinks are ok but in my opinion way too sweet. We tried the OG and their brown sugar milktea and both were way too sweet. And I'm normally someone who loves sweet drinks . The donuts here are good though! But note you can only buy them as a pack and not individually. Pricing. For a pack is not that bad compared to other mochi donuts in my opinion. I have to say that I hope management looks into upkeep for this place. We went when they first opened, a few times since then and again today... and wow. The chairs were filthy and grimy with stains on them. The couch too. The rose display was also grimy looking. The ball pit also needs some TLC. There were a lot of broken balls. They added some purple harder balls and those when broken are hard and have sharp edges which can be dangerous. I had to pull one out when I saw it. Being in downtown Sunnyvale, this place could be such a nice spot to visit but the upkeep has not been done which is such a shame .

My husband & I wanted to try their mochi donut. We were told that they will not sell us 2 donuts. We either need to buy a drink with a donut, or buy a box of 6! I think it is greedy of them to require a minimum purchase given that we wanted the donuts to-go. We left without making any purchases, there are plenty other mochi donut places in the Bay Area. The place is setup with bubble gum pink fake flowers, totally intra-trap.
