This place was advertising authentic Maharashtrian style cuisine...and managed it quite well with the lovely pav bhaji. However samosa chaat was total miss! Just a bowl full of spiced chickpeas with some small samosa bits buried in the center. That's not samosa chaat!
The food and selection was good. But the service was painstakingly slow. I had to remind 3 times for roti and the food was already cold by the time they gave it. Had to ask multiple times to take orders.

Bombay to Goa has reopened September 12th under a new name Vishnuji Ki Rasoi, which is apparently a Maharashtrian buffet chain. It's open as a buffet at lunchtime with vegetarian food, and there are other dishes on the menu. I think it's also buffet at dinner? It's also been remodeled a bit.
