Bonchon serves up incredibly flavorful boneless wings and fried zucchini. While the decor might be a bit worn, the delicious food more than makes up for it.

It's a typical Bonchon experience, with friendly and attentive service. However, the ambiance fell short of expectations. The interior was quite dark, which may have contributed to the lack of cleanliness. Unfortunately, all the tables were sticky, which detracted from the overall dining experience. Despite the good service, the uninviting atmosphere and uncleanliness were notable drawbacks.

Came to this place for the Korean Fried chicken as they have drumsticks on the menu. Ordered medium size that consists of 10 drumsticks. The taste is rather disappointing. I wanted the chicken to stay crispy so asked if I can have it without the sauce and whether it will still be tasty without the sauce. The server reassured me that it will be tasty with no sauce and they strictly do not serve the sauce on the side. Also ordered the Japchae noodles as well. The drumsticks tasted very bland and again I asked if we can have sauce since I really didn’t expect it to be tasteless. Another server reiterated that they can drizzle the sauce over it and my friend picked the soy garlic and yummy yum. The sauce added taste to the chicken but the soy garlic was awfully sweet. The other flavor was ok. Next came the Japchae noodles which literally tasted the same as the soy garlic sauce and was overtly sweet. It is one of the worst Japchae noodles I ever had. Anyway, I will definitely not return for the food.I understand that the chicken needs to be prepared a certain way since it is a franchise/chain restaurant to keep to the consistency of what the brand is. But the taste of the sauce in this case definitely needs some adjustments. I’m a big fan of Korean food and Korean Fried Chicken. This to me is far from authentic. The chicken definitely needs to have sauce to taste better…but better sauce. However, I like to mention that the staff at this location is very friendly which kind of made up for the bad tasting food. I would not recommend going there if you want authentic/good Korean Fried Chicken. There are other restaurant and I noticed they have 1 competitor right outside across the parking lot. I had wanted to try this brand though, especially since they have drumsticks on the menu that most places chose to remove from their menu.

They don’t start cooking for take out until you get there. Need to wait for extra 20mins even though you order ahead.

We've been looking for good Korean fried chicken and this place isn't quite meeting expectations. The best dish was the fancy fries with garlic and cheese and the fries were done really well. The fried chicken had a decent exterior breaded crispy coating, but the inside was really bland, and it really showed when you have these large drumsticks that look good portioned but are quite tasteless inside. We tried their Korean bbq and yang yum sauce, one sweet and one sour, but nothing really stood out. The worst dish was the must-try beef bulgogi taco... It's just beef and some mayo and veggie stuffed into soft taco.

Think of this as a fast food Korean place with some surprising hits. Again good ingredients make great food. Prepare for spicy if your sensitive that way. Wings are tasty (both flavors) and cooked perfectly. The pickled radishes and Kimchi coleslaw was very tasty. Looking forward to trying other special items.I ordered to go and it was packed nicely.Inside are some TVs and simple tables, good for quick lunch but I wouldn't bring a first date. Caution the floor is slippery.Parking: Lots of parking.Kid-friendliness: Yes if they can handle spicy food.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to wheel in but might need help with the door.

Takoyaki have cabbage on the side, still left me confused. The bulgogi had too much onion, and the rice was a little dry for me. The chicken is wonderful.

I love Bon Chon. I've been eating here for years. They used to be very busy but recently it's not as busy, maybe because they opened other locations.I always order Small wings half & half with radish and potstickers half & half (spicy and garlic soy). That's enough for 2 people. They're both very good!! I like the flavors. I wish they are more generous with the sauce because that's the best part and sometimes the wings aren't covered fully with sauce. Spicy flavor is actually spicy (not white spicy) so you might not want to order it if you can't handle spicy food. They recently introduced a new flavor called Yang Yum. It's more flavorful than the 2 existing flavors and way less spicy. I'll select just this flavor next time.

I had the Bulgogi Fries. They hit the spot. The Korean BBQ and Soy Garlic Chicken was just ok for me. The service was good though. Friendly and attentive. Atmosphere was a bit odd. This was my first time here so it just may be me. Won't stop me from going back.

I liked their 5-drumstick meal (comes with one side). The chicken was fresh and tasty. I must admit that I ger confused as to which flavors/spices I want to order.I do urge management to brighten the lights. It was way too dark inside – more like a late-night bar than a daytime restaurant. The decor is third rate. The wait staff was cordial and patient. There is plenty of free parking in the mall lot.Bon chon does a lot of take-out business.

My favorite fried chicken, always very good. The most recent time it’s not good, chicken itself is too oily, but cooking is good. Will see how it works next time.
