I have been at a bk so many times but this one here is not about serving fresh anything.. I wanted a hot and fresh fish sandwich but I took a bite. It was chewy and took it back to get a new one. The guy said it's because I didn't pick it in time that it sat in the warmer so that's why it was chewy and dry. I offered to even buy a new fresh sandwich. He said np he will have them make a new one and I was happy. Nope... I opened the new fish sandwich, it was the same . Just look at quality.. I will not go to any place that serves old and expired timeframe of food that sits in warmers pass their time to be worth serving to people to eat. I am over this b.s.

Sloppy sloppy sloppyIt’s a fried fish sandwich, but oil should NOT be dripping off of the patty. And bun shouldn’t be soaked in oil.Clearly, they pulled out of fryer and threw it on the bun.Hang the patty for a second so it’s NOT drenched in oil.Don’t want to go back because cannnot trust this place!

Employees talking was too loud. Very rude. Fries had no salt at all. Employees only be friends to certain customers.
Decent BK. Nice and relatively clean. I ordered the Big Fish sandwich and it tasted good. Nothing extraordinary, but still good. No complaints other than when I ordered Dine In, they still gave our food in take out bags by default, and I had to ask for the dine in trays.

I give the edge to BK over McD's. The burgers, chicken nuggets, and the pies are better. It's fast food so judge appropriately. This location was clean, fast, and efficient.
