I have been to this new cafe twice, and twice I have waited over 30 minutes just to get my food, only to eventually discover someone else took my order at the last moment. And just FYI they DO run out of food.
After approaching the rushed staff, I was promised a refund. However, the refund was never received.
Shouldn't there be better order control and oversight? I understand this place gets overcrowded and often runs out of items, but these mistakes seem preventable and keep repeating! We are all on tight lunch breaks - how is it fair to make people with only 30 minutes wait that long for food that never arrives? I wasted my entire break multiple times. Seriously, this is unacceptable for any business! Even with the crowds, having customers wait half an hour twice only to go hungry indicates really poor organization. I regret giving them return business after the first order fiasco. Something needs to change!
