Tried it for Banh Mi after a recommendation from a Viet friend, so I had very high expectations. The baguette bread was old and stale with zero crunch and the tofu inside was rancid and stenched of stale oil.The iced office had too much ice. A full cup of ice with less than a quarter cup of actual coffee.Overall 0/5 for food. I will not recommend this one.

I live off of Evelyn Ave which is like three blocks from this shop. The atmosphere is VERY cold in there. Let me elaborate, there isn't a warm welcome when you step in and maybe the owners of this shop operate like that. There was no greeting actually so I already felt like I was in the wrong business. The woman at the front uses a very firm tone with the customers, no facial expression what so ever. She looks like she is having a bad day and it is appalling to know that people accept this type of customer service.I don't ask anyone to "shine my boots" but if Im going to give a shop my business when there are plenty of other shops to choose from, I would prefer to do business pleasantly. The shop looks a little bare, they have a few tables with goods on them and a frige of desserts.I ordered 2 Bahn mi which were okay, best thing about the Bahn mi was the bread. It could use some sauce on the inside. The grilled pork was dry and hard to chew. The dessert was pretty damn good ?. It had coconut milk, taro and jelly.I personally wouldn't come here again for a Bahn mi.

Fast, affordable, and really tasty! I had the 4c (bbq pork) and was not disappointed. The store had a lot of various treats and goodies that looked great as well (like homemade kimchi, etc). And just as an fyi there is no seating so it appears to be just a takeout place!

My favorite Banh mi that I’ve ever had. It doesn’t give my mouth a bunch of cuts, and it’s well priced $9. We like to add egg on ours. The sandwich is fresh and made to order, it comes out hot and the bread is soft, compared to many that have bread as hard as a rock. The rest of the store is like a grocery store of snacks. There’s lots of handmade desserts and Vietnamese foods. I’m a bit curious to try it someday. No place to sit so we eat in the parking lot.Looking forward to coming here again!

Cute mom and pop shop that serves the best Vietnamese sandwiches and snacks at reasonable prices. Totally recommend and thankful for these small family owned businesses.

If you know, you know. I pray this place never changes. I’m now a regular here for good portions, good pricing, and seriously delicious food. BBQ pork Bahn Mi is GOOD. I travel ten minutes from the office to get here for lunch. It’s well worth it. Also love to support these hard working people.

Potential to be sooo amazing but there is definitely cross contamination with pork because I can taste it when eating the chicken sandwhich, same for the spring roll. The da which doesn’t have any sauce it’s dry. Lots of potential here but it’s lacking unfortunately. Still giving four stars cuz the lady was nice; they have a rly big selection of snacks both imported and handmade in house, plus it’s just a great addition to the community . I bought kimchi , which I haven’t tried yet, but it looks great so I look forward to trying it.

The bread can be a little inconsistent but the fillings are top notch every time. If you order ahead on the phone the service is the definition of no-frills.

I ordered the grilled pork Bahn mi and the pork and shrimp spring rolls. Very good size portions and they don't skip out on meat. Everything was flavorful, the ingredients were fresh. Also try the little drinks in the fridge that have the fruit in it. My friend got one but I forget the name of it I just know it has lychee in it with other little fruits.

Hole in the wall, but the sandwiches and bread are top notch. Wish they stayed open past 8.

Sunnyvale's best-kept secret! This family-owned Vietnamese spot is our local favorite. The Banh Mi is bursting with flavor, the Double Spam Musubi is a crispy treat, and the Spring Rolls are always fresh. Simple, delicious, and feels like home. Highly recommend!
