I appreciate the personable attitude from the workers. Juan was a nice guy, made my food really well, and was just welcoming. The automated voice taking my order shocked me a bit but the workers inside were very cool. I also appreciate this place being open when it says it is, unlike the 3 McDonalds I went to before this.

There's an AI taking drive-through orders. Doesn't understand questions, takes very long to respond, took our order incorrectly. "What sizes do waffle fries come in?"*10 second pause* "Yes, we have that."Would be much easier and 10 times faster with a human.Ended up having to confirm and change order with the person at the window.Had a much better time in a different Carl's Jr. where a human was taking orders. Not coming back to this one.(The employee we talked to was great though)

I went in around 4:30 ish and the cashier karely was so friendly when first greeting me after talking to the robot, she repeated my order which she made sure was all accurate and then proceeded to ask if I wanted any sauces or such. After she gave me my order and then wished me a good day with a smile and a wave. Such friendly attitude is never seen before at this carls so it was very refreshing.
This place is welcoming and friendly, around 3:25 pm the cashier name karely greeted me and was so kind. She took my order and had some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen. The place was so well kept and clean, my order was handed to me shortly after. I will definitely come back again someday I highly recommend.
