My favorite place for the healthiest and tastiest version of chana chaat (cold version) in the bay! I almost get a can’s worth of chickpeas…a perfect protein meal after a hike.

Amazing food. Paneer and aaloo parathas are worth trying! Felt good after tasting chai with sweet in it already. No need add sugar separately 😂. Do visit this place.

Very welcoming owner who paid special attention to us and even surprised us with a dish! Really loved their Chhole Bhature, Kadhi Kachori and Tikki chaat. Portion size is good. Nice seating for family and friends.

Pretty bad food preparation. Would recommend avoiding it.

The pani puri was made out something does not taste at all like the puri’s you get in India. The potato filling tasted like potato curry. The pani just seemed like store bought coriander chutney mixed with water.

The papdi chaat looked better so we had high hopes - but turned out to be horrible as well. The papdis were all stale.

Fantastic food. Great place for vegetarians..the spicy paneer paratha is amazing, the thali is worth the price .. lots of food options in the menu..

The shikanji is also something worth while to try. The owner is very hospitable and great service.

Amazing parathas, they also gave me complimentary chai. It was perfect in this chilly weather ☺️

Great food.
We tried the famous Kadhi Kachori and felt like a warm hug on a cool day. Also tried the mooli parathas that was served with a gallop of butter. It was thin, large and perfectly flavored.

The pani puri is nothing special and I suggest trying something else instead.

The service was quick, friendly and they even gave a small cup of chai at the end for free.

They have outdoor seating with a roof on top and sturdy chairs and tables that were clean. We took our dog with us and had a great meal.

Highly recommend!

Chatpata India on E Fremont Ave in Sunnyvale is a paradise for Indian street food lovers!

Dahi Sev Puri: Absolutely delightful! The crispy puris are perfectly complemented by the tangy tamarind chutney, fresh yogurt, and crunchy sev. Each bite bursts with authentic flavors, making it an unforgettable experience.

Kadhi Kachori: A true gem! The kachoris are crispy and served with flavorful kadhi that has the perfect balance of spice and tanginess. It’s comfort food at its finest.

The ambiance is vibrant, and the staff is friendly and efficient. If you're craving authentic Indian street food in Sunnyvale, Chatpata India is the place to be! Highly recommended.

Food was average at max and didn’t match anywhere close to the high rating it carries on google
Tried their most popular item- kadhi kachori, however it was not impressive.

People were good and very pleasant

The website is misleading, nowhere they mention that this is a food truck. The food sucks, portion size really really small. Just few spoons of chana with 2 big batura, not sure how to eat batura without chana.

Really disappointed
