I can’t give minus review because if I could I would this one worse customer service place I haven’t been to and you ask for something to be done and they say yes and don’t do it God Damm I have ask the girl who charge you the money for the 3 time just to get sour cream on side if have other options to go just don’t come to this place at all - 0 star for me .

Small quantities, inexperienced staff, messy tables. Overall a big no-no.

Don’t order online, it is ridiculously slow

Went in there on a Wednesday morning. They opened later than the timing on the front and there was already a queue forming. There was a serving guy with tattoos who walked by the door a few times, smirked at us waiting and walked by without unlocking the door, not quite sure what the purpose of that action was but it was rude. The lady who opened the store served me and she had absolutely horrible customer service attitude and manners. She was serving tiny portions to everyone, when I asked her to serve the normal portion size, she yelled at me in front of everyone saying that’s what we serve, take it or leave it. This was completely unnecessary and unacceptable and frankly quite appalling. I would suggest you save your time, money and mental peace and go to any of the food establishments next door.

This store sucks. Less than 20 customers waiting more than 30 minutes on line to get their orders served. The manager should get fired.

Worst Chipotle location I've ever been to. Overflowing trash, werent keeping anything stocked unless asked to: (chips, large cups, forks, toilet paper, etc etc) filthy tables, disrespectful lazy staff, slowest service I've ever had. They weren't even short staffed. Need to get it together at this location. They don't do the basics.

Not a good experience.

I asked for brown rice. The woman at the counter seemed very distracted and put white rice in the bowl. I repeated again politely “brown rice please”.

Here comes the surprising part: she dump all the white rice back into the original container from the bowl and started scooping brown rice. There was no apology and I am very worried about the food safety at this Chipotle…

worst customer service ever. rude and entitled. i'm not one to get mad at service workers, but attitude right off the bat is unwarranted and unprofessional. i didn't do anything but come in to pick up an order or two.
