I've ordered from them through door dash twice this week and both times they got my order completely wrong. I'm not sure who they have working or what's going on with this location but I don't think I'm gonna be ordering again. I get bummed out everytime my order comes wrong.

This place sadly is not like it used to be. Came in last night and the place was empty but it literally took 5 min before either of the two workers there even acknowledged us. I asked for a sample of their new flavor and the lady just rolled her eyes at me. Also why is their ice cream so warm and soft? Mine was all melted and mushy and had the consistency of oatmeal. Even though I had'nt been there for years that's definitely not how I remembered it to be.

The lady served me what was suppose to be a cheesecake fantasy and this looks like a complete nightmare. The lady serving me the ice cream Indian lady said that that's how it's suppose to be . Completed melted . This will go down as my worst ice cream i have ever had

I am not lactose intolerant and I got very sick after eating sweet cream, heath bar and Carmel. As others said (sadly I did not read ahead) it was very soft and part had a skin. I suggest reading the health reports before deciding to go. We used to come all the time with our kids. It was sad
So much fun to select ingredients to add together to come up with your personal unique flavor! Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Bad service !!!!I ordered birthday cake remix love it size but really faced bad experience from one of the guy he has given melted ice cream he kept brownie as is and he didn’t mix and he did even clean the cup to hold. It’s all sticky to hold the cup.
