I bought 3 cheese n strawberry bars which all 3 were brittle dry and obviously old. The cheese Danish were ok, I was given 1 free doughnut so I was told but I gave the lady a 20 and gave me 5.50 back in change..I let it slide but I shouldn't have had I known the bars I bought were crusty old

This place is truly unmatched and is a local gem.

Donuts and bagels are incredible and their sandwiches; especially on the croissant, are just mouth watering.

Everyone that runs this place is a good human!

This is a regular for the family and you should give them business!

I consider myself a food connoisseur and their buttermilk bar and donut holes were superduper. And they provide condensed milk to sweeten their coffee 😋 I don’t know why this place isn’t packed out with customers.

Have been coming here for years and will continue to support them because they are great!! Sandwiches are amazing and well priced, donuts are delicious. I've never had anything but great service. Highly recommend to anyone in the area.

I come here frequently, and unfortunately the customer service is often rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming. It’s very disappointing to see staff treat members of the community with such disrespect. At times, it feels as though certain customers are being judged or spoken about negatively, which creates an uncomfortable environment.

The level of unprofessionalism and prejudice I’ve observed is unacceptable, and I hope management addresses these issues so customers can feel respected and valued.

The donuts are very good for the price. Me and my dad go here once every week and we always get 4 donuts and 2 sandwiches. The donuts and sandwiches are very delicious 😋 they also have coffee and other drinks! They always toss in 4 munchkins for free which is great. I rate this place 4 out of 5 stars

👎🏽I’ve given Daily Donut in Sunnyvale several chances, but my experiences have been consistently upsetting. The donuts themselves taste good, but the treatment I’ve received compared to my partner (a Caucasian male) has been noticeably different. While his donuts are always perfectly round, well-glazed, and even come with donut holes, mine have repeatedly been smushed in a bag with icing that is sloppy and messy.
On one visit, I watched the same staff carefully place five donuts into a nice box for another white customer, while my six donuts were tossed into a bag and ended up squished. Had I known this would happen, I would have asked for a box — but I shouldn’t have to.

This pattern has happened across multiple visits, and it’s hard not to feel that I’m being treated differently because of race. It’s incredibly frustrating and disheartening, especially since I truly wanted this to be my go-to donut spot.

I just want to enjoy a good donut without feeling singled out. Sadly, I can’t shake the impression that I’ve been treated unfairly here, and that makes it very difficult to support this business, despite the quality of the product.

Delicious donuts and an especially great thai iced tea. Needed something sweet for the morning and I am so glad I finally took a chance and visited this place. They have such a nice variety of sweet baked goods and a bunch of different breakfast/lunch sandwiches in their menu, as well as a pretty good drink menu or bottled drink section. If you need a quick sandwich or a sweet freshly baked pick-me-up, this place is definitely heaven compacted into a small corner shop.
The pretty lady at the front was so sweet and prompt, she also makes an awesome thai iced tea :D and the older gentleman was so charming and even gave me a fresh glazed donut sample to snack on while I waited for my drink. These people not only know how to make great donuts/drinks, they really know how to make you feel welcome with their great service which is priceless!! I got the chocolate coconut donut with the maple glazed old fashioned and they were SO GOOD!!! The lady even added some extra glazed donut holes which were so fluffy and absolutely delectable. I will definitely be making this a go-to sweet treat stop from now on.
