This morning my roommate went in and got us two breakfast sandwiches while I was sleeping in the car. When we finally got home and I'd settled in I noticed my sandwich was wrong. He'd ordered me a sausage , egg, and cheese croissant and there was no sausage in my sandwich. I go in there kind of often and every other time I've been there the service was okay, so I decided to just take it back and get it fixed, no big deal. So I go back and wait in line and me trying to be nice and not make a scene I got another donut and a drink and I tell this lady my problem and she tells this other girl, who turned around and gave me this FONKY ass attitude and tells me it's gona cost me a dollar. I said "Huh"? She says "it's gona cost you another dollar cause you said you wanted egg and cheese". When I told her she couldn't say I said ANYTHING to her because I didn't even order it but it WAS supposed to be a number whatever it was, this hoe has the nerve to get mad, turn around and slap some sausage in my cold ass sandwich and tell me she "wasn't going to charge me for the sausage" and handed it back to me! I mean, who does that?! I have NEVER had service that crappy before and I won't be going back there and that hoe needs to step her customer service skills up!

I've been here a few times over the years. It is located in a small strip mall right by 7-11. This is a hole-in-the-wall shop for the better. When you first walk into this tiny place, you get a wall that is plastered in pictures of their croissant sandwiches. The display case features their classic donuts. I was fortunate to have some of the donuts come out of the fryer nice and hot. Chocolate Raised Donut - nice, light, crunchy exterior. The chocolate was not overly sweet. The service is nice and friendly from the ladies working here.

Sometimes a childhood spot is just a childhood spot. Nostalgia can bring joy and comfort.. but there's a lot more at stake.. especially when it comes down to food. Been coming here since I was a child. Hole in the wall vibes with a variety of random snacks, drinks, and donuts of course. It's open really early which is nice. Sometimes I've been up all night or sometimes I'm up really early and craving a bagel sando, was my go to spot in Sunnyvale. The service here is usually nice, and they always give you free donut holes. They just throw it into your bag without asking. Although it's a nice gesture sometimes it's not my favorite thing. If I ever get a hot sandwich the donut holes melt onto the paper wrap and makes it sticky when I'm trying to open it up and eat it. I usually tell them not to put them in there if I remember, especially if I don't want donuts. Anyways, let me get to my experience yesterday morning and why I'm writing this review. I'm up early and wanting breakfast, thought to myself, "heyyy! Daily donuts should be open, I'm going to go down there and get a big breakfast bagel sando!" They have a really big selection of sandwiches and options, I decided to be extra and order a veggie bagel sandwich but add bacon egg and sausage. ( planned on saving half for lunch ) while I'm waiting though.. idk if I ever just missed this or if it was a new thing.. but hella flies in the room. I'm trying to ignore it and I'm thinking to myself... this is pretty bad... fruit flies and the big guys... maybe 30 of them floating about and then I started taking notes of how run down it is..man in front of me orders a couple dozen donuts so they're packing it up. They follow up and another guy takes my order and starts working on it. This is where I just was a bit appalled, and already turned off by the flies. The guy in front of me has a lady with him at the register but I guess she didn't know how to add his large coffee order so the guy making my sandwich comes over with one half of the bagel in his hand and starts helping her and he's typing on the register and everything and I'm in my head like... dude? Really you couldn't at least put my bagel down and then help her... maybe change gloves out? But then he turns around and starts touching my stuff and I just strait walked out.. without saying a word or reacting. I was over it. Like I get the lady needed help and it would only take a second but the cleanliness of this spot really needs to step it up. Touching the register and going back to work on my sando was just nasty. I hate to write this review because I truly loved this spot growing up and I've never gotten sick from eating there.. not going to wait till I do, I think it's what some would consider a greasy spoon?.. and I won't be coming back. The flies were a really big eye opener and the way the guy continued on like he didn't just stop in the middle of making my sandwich to help the lady at the register was poor etiquette. Then to not change your gloves man... what else is going on in the back? I don't want to find out. Good luck daily donuts.. hope they fix this. I know they have two locations in Sunnyvale.. never been to the other one near down town but if it's as uncleanly as this one on Caliente dr & Fairoaks ave it's a hard pass and I'm not going to go find out.

i go to the 7-11 next door quite often, and was hungry early in the morning. Wanted to grab a bite to eat without having to go to Denny's. Well, they have a BLT!!! And they are open at 5:00 AM today! Once i was in, the employees helped me out with suggestions. The gentleman offerred if i wanted my BLT with a croissant. Cool, didn't even think about it! Then i asked about their "Vietnamese Sandwich". i thought it could be a Banh Mi, and i was right! The knowledgeable lady let us know that they have a BBQ Pork Banh Mi! i got some donuts, too! Overall, 10/10. Will come back!

I have been coming here for years. I mean quite literally a decade. It is that hole in the wall hidden secret of the world. Amazing donuts. Delicious breakfast sandwiches. Wonderful, speedy service. I see myself going for another 10 years, getting my breakfast here.

I had lost my wallet on a day that I had went in here to buy a coffee. So when I went in a couple of days later to inquire about my lost wallet. I was ignored by more than one employee and basically dismissed of any inquiries. They were very rude to me and clearly the customer service was compromised
The location of the store is not so great but the staff and quality of the food and donuts make up for it. They have tons of sandwiches and croissants and bagels you can choose from. Fresh coffee, watermelon and other fruits, juices and drinks, and sometimes they sell tamales. Wonderful variety and excellent employees and customer service.

While visiting my aunt in Sunnyvale, she offered me some donuts she bought from here. They were pretty good. She said they were around $16/dozen which is quite pricey, but it's important to support small businesses over the larger chains. They also have a better selection as well as bagels and sandwiches.

One of the few local donut spots in the area. The service is quick and they have a large selection of donuts or sandwiches. I tried the maple donuts, custard filled donuts, and donut holes. All was good and I would recommend if you want to get your donut craving fix.
