I've always loved Darda's main location for authentic halal Chinese food so wanted to try Darda Express for their catering.
Working with the manager, Lucy to help coordinate catering from Darda was a great experience for my recent event. I highly recommend their food and the delivery services on providing hot and delicious food, delivered on time.
We ordered the Mongolian beef, chili chicken, orange chicken, garlic eggplant, and chow mein. We also have some nut and sesame food allergies and they were able to accommodate that for their catering. We all enjoyed the food!

The soy milk and fried dough sticks are really authentic, one of the best I've tasted in the Bay Area. Together with a beef tendon noodle - that's a perfect breakfast!!
I ordered chicken chow mein from Darda Express, and to my horror, I found a cockroach in my food. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the restaurant’s hygiene and food safety standards. I immediately lost my appetite and had to throw everything away.
I strongly urge the management to address this issue and improve their cleanliness.
