You say you open at 10:30 AM but that isnt true, you open when you want
Put a more accurate time as people have jobs they need to get back to and simply cant wait for you to open

I went to the Chinese restaurant yesterday. The food was delicious, the staff woman was very sweet and took great care of us. Thank you for the excellent food.

I took out Darda’s famous chili chicken. It was horrible. Nothing compare to Milpitas Darda. It was full of chilli and barely any chicken. Chicken was not crispy at all.
See pic how much chilli left after eating the chicken.

Darda Express did a fine job with orange chicken (tender and sweet/spicy), Mongolian Beef (a bit different style than other places but still found it good), mixed vegetables (appropriately crisp and not overcooked), pot stickers, and egg rolls. It is a very good neighborhood Szechuan Chinese Restaurant. They also allow you to bring your own containers for take out that they fill with your food so you can be zero waste like I am. Plastic single use disposables are terrible for our environment.

I stopped in at Darda Express for a bowl of won ton soup. I was greeted with a smile a wonderful customer service. Beside the soup I ordered, I was offered a small bowl of fried rice on the house. It was delicious. I will eat here again.

Chef acted aggressive and loud upon requesting an ingredient, it was very uncomfortable.
Appreciate the front desk staff handling the crowd alone.
Food was okay.

I was very excited to try Darda express since we usually frequent to the one at Milpitas which is the original restaurant. The combo fried rice was great but the chow mein was very blend and Mongolian beef has strange sour taste. The food definitely not on par and hope they get better. Halal Chinese is great option

Not at all impressed. Service can definitely be better. We couldn't put our own food together as they show. The beef noodle has great broth and meat, lots of angle hair pasta. The bill didn't make any sense either.

It’s a nice low-key place to get tasty Chinese/Taiwanese food. We ordered the beef soup noodle, Kung pao chicken, and fried springrolls. The quantity was generous but my partner and I ate it. The broth was flavorful without being salty. I wish the noodles were more chewy and thicker texture. Everything was made to order and fresh. The spring rolls came with 4 to an order and were crispy and fresh hot. What can be better than fresh fried spring rolls.
