I don’t understand why they use so much plastic. Even when dining in, they packed everything in plastic bags, which I had to remove immediately—such an unnecessary and wasteful practice. It’s a cheap way to run a business, and whoever came up with this idea clearly didn’t think about the environmental impact.
As for the food, the chicken portion was fine in size but completely disappointing in flavor. I received one fried chicken breast and two tiny pieces with no seasoning, topped with a few pickles, and they still charged an outrageous price. The sauce was dry, bland, and had no taste at all. Honestly, this was one of the worst chicken dishes I’ve ever had.
