I came for dinner tonight with my family and they offered me a boot but it was super tight for 5 people specially when we had 2 big guys in our party, I asked the male Mulay server nicely if he had a different table with chairs and immediately he snapped and said all the tables are the same size, I have tables in the back but I have two parties and already and I will be so long for me to clean those tables then you have to wait for them to leave and I'm busy so it will take me a long time because I have two parties and he kept going and repeating the same thing, giving actitud and crossing his arms , his body movement and tone literally showed me that he didn't want my business so I told him if you want me to leave just tell me instead of telling me how inconvenient it's my business there, so I walked away I can take my money somewhere else where I not an inconvenience and they treat me as a customer. After we left we saw everyone talked about the situation I came back to talk to the manager about the situation because I had to say something so it doesn't happen to anyone else, when I asked they first told me there was no manager or person in charge. I was like whattt? Then they send some one named Juan to talked to me he was nice and tried to solved the situation but my party was already in the car waiting for me. Im happy to be contacted and share more details about my experience.

I had a great experience at Denny’s thanks to our waiter, Gerardo! He was very nice and welcoming from the moment we walked in. He made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us often without hovering. The food came out just right, and Gerardo’s service made the whole visit even better. Definitely one of the best waiters there — kind, attentive, and good at his job. We’ll be asking for him next time! 👏😊

Terrible service. I placed my order and the food arrived with paper inside. Furthermore, the side (waffles) arrived after I had already finished eating. I reported the situation and they replaced my dish, but the one they brought me next wasn't the right one and, to top it all off, it didn't have any protein. I also ordered water and they never brought it. Honestly, a very bad experience eating like that.
