Small shop that offers a variety of dim sum dishes. Each order comes with about 3 items, so it's best to share with a group and try multiple items.
I ordered ahead and went to pick up. They had my order ready when I got there, so it was super easy and convenient. The staff was very friendly and I was impressed with how quick they were to box everything up.
As a heads up, they only offer takeout (no dine-in options). I wish they had a few tables inside or outside.

Always good. Made in premise. What else do you need? They have improved the seating after you purchase food from the counter, you can sit inside (inside is much cleaner than the tables outside provided by the strip mall). Recommend take out and bring home.

Great fast Chinese food, very limited dim sum selection but always fresh and runs out quickly. Spouse loves the fried sesame balls, they are crunchy outside, soft & sweet bean filled. Really good for quick, filling lunch, albeit somewhat oily. No restrooms available.

12:30pm on a friday and empty . got an order of the su mai and bbq pork steam buns and a chicken steamed buns. each su mai weighs 50g each , each steam bun weigh 100g. barely any cha siu in the pork bun mostly just bun which is over proofed too make it look big. the xiu mai pork is cut super chunky which creates volume and size. suppose its a business decision to create the illusion of value. the wrapper is over steamed . too much meat to wrapper ratio and big chunks of meat and whole pcs. of shrimp make it really offputting to eat. really would benefit from being 30-40g each and and more density. its good if you dont know any better and need something cheap. i really dont like it being served in plastic container either its not bpa free.

Found a hair in my bean curd shrimp rolls...
The variety and the taste is outstanding! They sell out fast so get there before 12. lol
Great place for take out. Tasty variety. Enjoyed the tarot cakes and chicken potstickers which are large!. One table and counters for eat in. I highly recommend
Everything was yummy! Great variety! The prices are competitive. The owner had a warm smile. The workers were pleasant. I loved their sesame balls with red bean, their egg custard tarts, and steamed pork buns! Their dumplings were also delicious! The only draw back is, there is very limited seating. It’s mainly an order and take out system. Oh, well, no biggie!
