My wife and I went for an early dinner and we sat at the bar. Vicky the bartender was very friendly and recommended a Cabernet that was really very good. For dinner we had Shish Kebab (tender cubes of charbroiled dry-aged Lamb) and Shish Taouk (cubes of charbroiled free-range Chicken). Both dishes were really good and tasty.

Our team of seven visited for a weekday lunch. Although we had requested indoor seating a day in advance, we were ultimately seated outside. Despite this, the food was enjoyable and the portions were well-suited for individuals. We sampled a variety of proteins, including chicken, lamb, and salmon, along with vegetarian options.
Menu Highlights:
Mansaf: Excellent and very creamy.
Beriani Dajaj: Delicious.
Mocktails: The Pineapple Ginger and Passionfruit drinks were both great.
Note: The salmon in the Tabsi was a bit dry, and the Maza sampler was slightly small for a group of 6.
Overall, it was a positive experience for the team.

This was a wonderful lunch option on a beautiful day sitting outside. The kitchen apparently got a little backed up - which honestly we wouldn't have noticed if they didn't proactively say anything - and multiple staff (server and manager?) apologized to us and gave us a complimentary dessert for our delay.
The food is excellent, I've been here multiple times and been very pleased with my meal each time.

Every dish was delicious from the appetizer sampler to the lamb braised in a yoghurt sauce. Highly recommend.

I’m not sure we’ve ever had better food and service at a restaurant! This was one of the first restaurants we tried when we moved to Sunnyvale. A couple we met on the street highly recommended it, and we were pleasantly surprised! It is super busy, so reservations are definitely recommended. We’ve already been back a second time and both times you almost feel like you’re family. The staff is super attentive and very helpful. We’ll definitely be back!

Just got back from Dishdash in Sunnyvale – seriously a great find! It was surprisingly spacious inside, and the service was genuinely friendly. The kids devoured the Mango Yogurt, and that Kalai Chicken with the fresh bread was a winner. The Chilean Seabass (Tabsi) was incredible – so fresh and flavorful. The lamb and chicken combo was decent, but a little dry for our liking. Definitely worth a visit, though parking was a bit tricky. Maybe they could offer valet service during peak times.

I’ve been to Dishdash multiple times and loved it every time. Every dish I’ve tried has been great. This visit we ordered the beef kebab and Mashakaleh—both were hearty, flavorful, and generously portioned with lots of veggies (which I love). They also had their Christmas decor up, making the space feel especially cozy and homey. As usual, it was busy and bustling, and I really enjoy the vibe!

I’ve tried the salads from this restaurant multiple times, and each time they’ve been extremely acidic. The acidity is strong enough that it leaves a noticeable acidic sensation on my teeth right after eating, which is not something I typically experience with salads elsewhere.
Based on the taste, the acidity may be coming from heavy use of vinegar-based dressings, lemon juice or citric acid . While acidity can be part of a balanced salad, here it feels too much.
In addition to the dental discomfort, the salad has also irritated my stomach, leading to discomfort, low energy, and a mild headache afterward. This has happened more than once, so it doesn’t seem like an isolated incident.
The ingredients themselves seem fresh, but the overall preparation could really benefit from less aggressive acidity or clearer options for milder dressings. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.

Been coming here for dinners and lunches for over 20 years, and Dish Dash never disappoints. Be prepared to bring half your food home as portions can be large. Food and service are terrific.
