I don't know why people can't follow simple instructions but the last three times I've ordered from this location I've asked for extra toppings, paid for extra toppings and not gotten them. I'm done getting ripped off by this location I will never step foot in the place again

Domino's redeemed itself with this location (off Mary and EL Camino). We were going to the Domino's in Santa Clara off of Cabrillo, but we noticed a strong cheesy odor on the pizza.
I had a gift card, so we decided to try a different location. We ordered 3 medium pizzas, some garlic bites, and the Phily cheese steak sandwich.
The Phily Cheese was very good. The pizzas were great and tasty. They did forget our garlic bites, but I called, and they will credit me for my next order...
We were hungry and the food was great, so I took the pictures after a few bites !!! LOL.

Let me start by saying that I have been getting pizza from here for many years without any issues. However, the last couple of times I ordered pizza from here, it was on the dry side. When I asked the cashier, he said that since you used a coupon on the app, we are to use less of everything. Which basically makes the pizza look like little ceasers cheap pizza. I just quietly left without saying anything else. I do not blame the employee but the owners of this particular franchise. I suspect this franchise had a recent ownership change. Who are probably going to ruin this shop with their frugal tactics. Moving forward, I will drive an extra few minutes to get pizza from Mountain view dominos.

I was there yesterday made my order while I was waiting I notice a new person was on training the manager Gilberto was training him the way he would talk to him was super disrespectful yelling he wasn’t professional it seems the new guy was scared once I approached the cashier I ask her nicely if he was the manager she told me yes I did told her that wasn’t the right way to trained no one she keep looking over her shoulder and laugh the way he was training him before I left the store I ask her for his name she keep making excuses she couldn’t understand me I did ask her in Spanish so she could understand me better but she keep acting like she didn’t understand again until she gave me his name and she ask me for what my experience was really bad I was so uncomfortable seen this staff is not trained well or don’t give you the costumer service.
The manager keeps yelling at her employees and treats them really bad.

I went to get a pizza, and while I was waiting, the manager of November 28th in the afternoon, was a woman, she was yelling at the employees, and speaking to them in a bad way, she is not a person fit to work and manage people who DO work and do not stay on their cell phones because that is what she did, it was something very uncomfortable to see while I was waiting for my pizza, I think things can be said in a good way.
